The mattress developed a significant indentation after only one year of use, despite being advertised with a 15-year warranty. The indentation was severe enough that both my partner and I started experiencing back aches. However, making a warranty claim was anything but straightforward.

I was first asked to provide photos of the indentation without clear instructions. After submitting them, I was told they were insufficient and was then asked for additional photos, measurements, and even my and my partner's weight. After three to four rounds of emails and photo submissions over several weeks, they finally accepted that the mattress was faulty. Their responses typically took over a day each time, making what should have been a simple warranty claim drag on for weeks.

Once the claim was finally approved, I was given the option of receiving the same mattress model as a replacement or paying the price difference to upgrade to a higher model. I chose to upgrade and was told to place a new order, with the assurance that my original mattress would be refunded. Unfortunately, they then delivered the wrong mattress, collected my old one, and left us without a bed to sleep on. To make matters worse, despite confirming they would process my refund once I provided my bank details, they later delayed the refund by introducing new conditions that had never been mentioned before.

A company's true quality is measured by how it handles warranty claims and customer issues. Unfortunately, Origin Mattress failed at every stage. What should have been a simple warranty replacement turned into weeks of unnecessary stress, delays, poor communication, broken promises, and inconvenience. I would not recommend purchasing from them based on my experience.

help! I fall asleep within minutes when I get into bed and my partner is the same. My partner moves so much in his sleep and I don't even feel the movement. If you have been thinking about buying this - just do it!!!

straightforward to assemble. It is a great balance of softness and firmness and i have been finding that I am waking up a lot less during the night as I am not tossing and turning anywhere near as much. I also got 2 superior coolmax pillows and being in Brissy thats a gamechanger. It also is nice to have a good quality pillow rather than some cheap versions of the past. I can tell this will last for a long time.

I also love that you can choose your firmness level! We flipped the insert for firm, and the support is unreal without feeling hard at all, it still feels soft. It’s comfortable, supportive, and feels luxurious.

I was initially concerned due to unreliable delivery tracking. However, after receiving the mattress, it has been very comfortable so far. expand. After a couple of hours it was a normal size and very comfortable. My wife and I both liked it from the first night we slept on it. It is a great combination of initial feeling of softness with underlying support in areas where it is needed. I have been having pain in my hips for the last couple of years after a few hours in bed - this new mattress seems to have fixed this problem. Very happy with our purchase.
