If I could give less than one star, I would – These were advertised as the highest quality human hair with a ‘slight’ wave. I washed my hair the first time and experienced extreme shedding. them had shed completely off. Their customer service is very poor. They determine if the quality is poor only if you send back the unused product and that’s for a credit note only. As with many of the other negative reviewers, I also have reported them to ACCC. They don’t care and even told me they don’t care if they get reported. Please read the reviews, it’s incredibly unusual for a business to have such a huge number or negative reviews, more negatives than positive. Also, the hair was such poor quality that it wouldn’t straighten. Very much an indicator that the hair is not as they’re advertising.

Taken out after 2 weeks! I wish I listened to the reviews, definitely not real hair as they claim – I have been a qualified hair dresser and extenionist for over 15 years. had an event hence the reason for express postage. 1. Took double the time they said to arrive after paying for express shipping. 2. The 2 different colours that I purchased were completely different to the ones that came in the package. One colour ordered was original size tape 20inch caramel mocha blonde foil, and what I received was a slim line tape dark blonde very stronge violet tone 22inch.... & the second colour i ordered was again original tape 20inch caramel beige with golden blonde foils, and what I received was 20inch (horribly cut at the ends) original tape dark ash blonde.... So, completely on the other end of the colour wheel. Not suited to what I needed at all! I had to change my colour to suit the extensions. Which they still didn't blend at all. 3. Definitely atleast half synthetic, the 1st night of having them applied they were already knotting towards the ends.. and then after 1st wash a few days later there was even more knotting and still with that really fake soft synthetic feel. Take my advice please, I had them in for 2 weeks and bought the original brand I used to go with.

Absolutely rubbish do not buy ! – I brought tape extensions an after a few days they have matted shedding all over the place I had them removed after 5 days . Do not buy them they are rubbish

The service is amazing – To All of You at Pure Tape; After not choosing the correct colour the first time I ordered from you, I just received my new custom made hair buns and the colour is perfect. Thank you so much. I put one in my hair and it looks so much better than the cheap synthetic one I’ve been using. Terrible Customer Service, Scam ! – Purchased a Booster Bun worth $141.90. Arrived and read packaging that warned if item is removed from the netting that any refund is not possible due to hygiene reasons, fair. 5/10/22 contacted the seller to advise of such, seeking return and refund policy. No reply. 9/10/22 followed up 10/10/22 only response from seller was return address I then returned product by Express Post at a cost to myself of $12.70 20/10/22 followed up. No reply 26/10/22 followed up, advised I will take this up with ACCC and leave the reviews this business reviews to only now received a response advising that my behavior is disgraceful and abusive and how I had used the product and it now cannot be resold. I have NOT used the product. The product is unusable and the seller should carry that as a loss. Poor customer service in needing to address my behavior after I had been ignored with zero communication from the seller. The product is below my expectation. Aside from that, it was not a colour match. Totally unsatisfied with the product and APPALLED with their customer service. They have not been cooperative in offering a refund despite the product being not used and being returned.

Scam! – I bought two sets, first set was applied at hair salon and completely matted during my wash. I thought it must be a bad batch, loved the colour and ordered again. Well. These are not AAA remi quality they are completely covered in something to make them shiny and glossy, but they are as useful as synthetic. If not worse. I’ve had synthetic that was better quality.

I’ll spend a little more on reputable products if I were you.

Im out of pocket over $700 and no reply from the company. There is no number to call them. Bad service be very aware!

Terrible hair, worse customer service – I purchased custom made invisible tape extension for over $800. Within the first few weeks they had shed a ridiculous amount. plait. I have had extensions for ten years and am well versed in how to care for them and what products/ingredients work and do not work. When I contacted them, they initially ignored me, the second or third time, I got a response that literally stated, "They were fine when we sent them." All subsequent attempts to contact them have been totally ignored. They will not even do me the courtesy of responding. I assume they are just hoping I will give up and go away. Instead I have reported them to the ACC and the Department of Fair Trading. I am now liaising with them and hopefully this revolting company will have the courtesy to repsond to them if not me.

incredibly extensive range. and the quality and value you get for what are essentially custom made hair extensions is outstanding. I paid over double the amount several times before finding Pure because I couldn’t find the unique shades I wanted and had to wait for weeks and weeks to get them made, at Pure they have such an amazing range you can buy have them posted out right away! They feel so natural and I love how open and honest they are when explaining about the different hair, methods etc. All and all they are simply a breath of fresh air.

Great colour bad quality – I finally found extensions that perfectly matched my white blonde hair and didn’t need any toning. Other brands claim to be platinum but never are. I bought tape in extensions and they claim to be remy but that get unbelievably knotty and matted even after brushing. 5 mins later the hair is all puffed up and knotted together in a ponytail. It makes it hard to wear my hair anyway but up in a bun or plait. Not happy.

correct colour to arrive, I used the hair that was correct And the quality of it was terrible so I then mailed them and said don’t bother sending new hair I would just like a refund. They stated that the hair had already been sent. I said I would Be returning it which I did . I tracked it and they received it but have refused to give me a refund for hundreds of pounds ! Instead they have CLOSED MY CASE and are refusing to answer emails now. I urge anyone considering using this place to think again. They have kept my money and the hair . Scammers I have every single email which I’m more than happy to share too. Disgusting I have enclosed my receipt from PayPal! And also they asked me to close my PayPal case because it was affecting them at their end and me being gullible but honest I did! I love the different colour options they are so pretty – I was a little concerned about wearing extensions as they never seem to match my highlights but i was impressed with the range of shades available, there are a lot, and they are different to most stores because they custom make them which is pretty cool. them i just let them air dry because I like to swim regularly theres no point straightening them just to go for a swim later. Essentially what i thought might be a bit of work to maintain ended up being really easy and having already had few swims at the beach without them looking at all noticeable after getting out of the water the extensions have definitely ticked my most important boxes.

get this look that truely looks like its been custom made for you, and they have so many different variations its actually quite amazing. Of the few times i have had custom made hair extensions they cost me easily 3 or 4 times as much so the value for money is fantastic. They are also incredibly nice people to deal with and seem to concentrate more on their products than paying people to promote them which is also great as i was used to buying extensions with "all the hype" but often that was all it was in the end. large company previously which was clearly hair from Asia that just didn't suit my hair texture. I guess bigger is not always better when you're after more of a specialised item as i looked far and wide and could not find anything that would match my hair until I found this boutique style hair extensions company. These hair extensions are definitely something special and not the same as other extensions because the balayage is very intricate and detailed, its actually dyed so perfectly it looks like something that took literally hours to do and finally i have hair extensions that look so natural no one can pick that I have tape hair extensions on and I can wear my hair out all day every day. I am just about to get a second longer set of hair extensions. Could not recommend highly enough these guys they are also really sweet and helpful, just an all round fantastic people to deal with.

The hair and thickness fantastic quality – I am super happy with this hair - it is longer than thicker than any other extensions I have tried in the past and extremely smooth and healthy. I was surprised by the fast shipping and the whole buying experience was very easy. The colour was exactly the same as online which was wonderful and overall I can't rate these guys highly enough. Love my balayage its perfect – Such an Impressive range the prices are much lower for the quality. The hair is always very beautiful and full which I love and the way the balayage is dyed is very professional so it blends in perfectly, it saves so much time and hassle trying to make it look natural.

Very thick, soft and smooth – The quality is very high and the prices very good. Long-lasting and soft and love how thick they always are. It stays soft even after doing a lot of swimming and working out which is fantastic. Helpful in answering questions to assist with my colour decisions.

Overpriced for poor quality hair – I gave 2 stars because there were many colours to choose from and the tapes were very thin. pink colour hair washes out too easily. And this is definitely not double drawn. Ive had this hair in for 3 weeks and its now much shorter and very dry ends. It hasnt matted like other hair though but I will not be buying this again.
