during the repair process. You won’t even know if they have received the goods! After a few weeks, when your robot is returned, you will find that the exact same problem still persists. The repair was an absolute waste of time. The second time around, they can’t even manage to send the right Aus post repair labels. It has been 2 weeks and I am still waiting for them to send me the correct post return labels And don’t even think about asking for a refund, oh my god

a particular area and function as you need. I haven't had any issues with it so far and I am very happy with the purchase. (Basic maintenance should be done as with any equipment like keeping the sensors clean, and I plan to keep following those instructions to continue enjoying its benefits).

detection works really well and avoids everyday items without issues. I also love how it automatically goes back for re mopping when it detects dirty areas and the floors genuinely feel cleaner than before.
Mop pads are easy to source and replace. The official cleaning liquid is a bit on the expensive side but performance is excellent. Hair tangling has been very minimal and only noticed it a few times which is impressive for regular household use.
It also integrates into Apple HomeKit which is great for smart home setups although I would love to see Roborock and Apple open up more functions within the Apple Home app in the future.
Overall super happy with the upgrade and would highly recommend it to anyone thinking of moving to a newer Roborock model.

I’ve had the Roborock Qrevo Master for 3 months and it’s been great so far. Setup was very easy and intuitive, and it was up and running in no time. It cleans efficiently and handles daily maintenance effortlessly, which has made a noticeable difference around the house. Overall, very happy with the purchase.

I’ve just set up Rocky, my robotic vacuum cleaner/Mop. The robot has mapped the house and I simply have to instruct Rocky to “vacuum the house” or “mop the kitchen” or whatever chore is required. carpet, the robot simply raises the mopping pad and vacuuming commences. The suction is as good as my upright vacuum cleaner and the mop cleans to an excellent standard. Although having an arm to go into corners for cleaning, I will of course, have to do a fine clean into some hard to get places, but I’m thrilled with the results from this wonderful product.
