Terrible customer service - lied and ultimately was ignored – Engaged with the RT Edgar Toorak team about an apartment - everything seemed to go well at the start and they wanted an offer ASAP and contract signed ASAP. emails that everything was in order and would be done by settlement date. Settlement day comes - things were incomplete. Again was assured everything would be done in the week. It’s been three months multiple emails, talking to their CEO. Only one item was completed. Now they are ignoring emails.

Terrible - I have referred the matter to the Australian Consumer Law and VCAT. I will not be purchasing from RT Edgar again - will go with others like Jellis Craig, Marshall White who seem to have some level of professionalism.

Broken Promises – My apartment was not cleaned prior to moving in so I was promised an end of lease clean instead. Now they’re trying to make me pay. Disappointing. Don’t accept anything they say. Show details
