Omg it was an absolute pleasure to talk to this lovely young man he was so helpful, he calmed me down from being nervous about wanting to get the highest amount and it was a bit too much money for my low income, so he said he could do 1/2 the amount and it would be less to pay each week as I get paid weekly on work cover so if I could kiss him… Read more ·  1

though the phone I would as he made things so easy to help me stop stressing and to be able to have the amount I wanted but just did things a bit differently which made my day.

The young man that spoke to me was very good, easy to understand and explained all that was necessary for me to understand that the policy would only continue on until I was 85yrs old. If I'm still going on after that I don't even get my funeral paid for. That would be a very hard policy to sell. I may just cancel anyway. I'm still thinking… Read more ·  1

if you are knowledgeable and answer questions without putting the customer on hold to look it up, not this agent he knew his stuff. I'd promote this guy I wish i remembered his name but im sure any TL phld find out and listen to the call.
