Ripped my own hair out – Literally ripped my hair out in strips. Avoid these things unless you want to be bald!

For the cost - go to Zala – These extensions were amazing at first, but after 6 months, they frizzled up so bad I had to throw them out. Honestly, go to Zala. They frizz up too, but take 18 months. Show pony are so expensive, not worth it. I've been wearing extensions now for 20+ years, these are the worst.

New microbead extensions - do not recommend – I really wanted to love these extensions after being told that they were better for your natural hair - however after less than a week - multiple had fallen out and the metal used to clip them in (instead of the usual bond) - was actually cutting through my natural hair. I do not wash or style myself (subscription blowdry service) - so I cannot recommend these to anyone looking for a full head of extensions that will last and look natural. After just 3 weeks and $2000 later - I had to have them removed. Wasting my money and my time. Showpony will not refund as they claim this wasn’t an issue with the style of extensions or the advice given by their consultant. I would suggest avoiding the microbeads and would also look to a different supplier with better quality hair and customer service (particularly for the price)!

Damaged my hair – I purchased these extensions to give my hair volume for a wedding. Will never purchase tape extension again as they left my hair thin and damaged as the tape ripped my hair out.

Really disappointing - do not purchase – I purchased the show pony extensions for a wedding and was unbelievably disappointed in them - the hair was supposed to be 110g (without clips) - with 10 clips it weighed 90g. she estimated was $80 worth of hair. Interesting to note that Showpony have disabled reviews on Facebook etc - I suspect because others have had the same experience as me.

Mattered and ratty – I’m a hairdresser so I’m well aware on how to care for them but I’ve found after 1 week they are all mattered and ratty looking .. not happy with how expensive they are
