I am beyond disappointed with both the product and the "service" provided by Strapped. Despite multiple attempts to resolve this under the Consumer Guarantees Act, Strapped has completely ghosted me. I have sent numerous emails and tried reaching out via Instagram DMs and Facebook comments—all of which have been ignored.

It is clear they are happy to take your money but have no interest in standing behind their product or fulfilling their legal obligations when things go wrong. Do yourself a favor and buy from a company that actually communicates with its customers. Completely unprofessional.

This company is a scam! I purchased the watch in September, after trying 2 different types of SIMS the watch still would not connect to mobile data making it unusable. They then sent me a replacement watch which was completely different and in another language, so again unusable. Do not buy this watch!!!!!!

Dont waste your money, I bought 2 for Christmas presents and they're rubbish, they don't recognise the sim, I've wasted money on 2 types of sims, had to put credit on both brands first wasted hours trying to get it working and still nothing. Substandard, complete knock off. Some of the text titles are even spelt incorrectly. Unable to connect to mobile network at all and battery usage is excessive requiring multiple recharged per day. Terrible. After a difficult set up the watch would not call me or i to the watch. When my child was at friends the watch was not available to call, incorrect gps detail. Got sent a new one . I asked for a refund but they sent a new one. The watch sends alerts that my child has left 2 safe zones…. She was at home in bed. It constantly makes sounds at 6am. Don’t buy this watch.
