Overpromise and underdeliver, be ready to pay more than you've been quoted – I've got a quote for hot water system, aircon and solar panels, they promised to get in delivered at once but had to upgrade switchboard to be able to accommodate it all. Aircon units were installed with a few issues which Target Greens don't want to resolve - they just promise to get aircon technician to come and fix it with no outcome. Now TG is asking to pay more for hot water system and solar panel due to rebate change (which is not true). I don't want to think about warranties for aircon now - I recon the outcome would be the same - overpromise but underdeliver. Reading reviews about hot water units, I think it was lucky coincidence that Target Green increased price and I refused to pay, reviews are awful.

I applied online to Green Energy Vic to ceiling vent covers for our summer aircon outlets. Within a day or so I had a call from Mohammad advising that this was still on offer and he booked in an installer within two days, amazing quick service, very much appreciated and I am very happy with the product.

After I paid the 10% deposit, their team started the job within just three business days. Although the installation took 2.5 days (longer than a standard job), they honoured the original agreement without requesting any extra charges.

They removed all the old gas ducted systems and left the place clean and tidy. Overall, the entire job was handled professionally from start to finish. I highly recommend their service.
