wary of this agency They hounded me many times via email message and phone calls at the end of the financial year to lodge my Tax and even told me I was getting the same amount the ATO had told me and never received a phone call from Taxrefundonspot after I lodged my tax then blocked me from calling them it took me 7 days several hours trying to call them only to receive not 1cent and still owe them apparently Not a happy camper Be very Aware of this organisation!!!!!!!

my tax file number, log into the tax portal and assign themselves as my agent whilst removing my current accountant who I've been using for years in the process. I've had to call the ATO to have them removed and was advised by the ATO that these people have done the same to many others, and to file a complaint daily with the tax practitioners board to stop these guys.. Avoid them at all cost and if you receive any emails from them, log into your ATO account and check your "agent details" to make sure they haven't assigned themselves as your agent!

personal details on my ATO account without my knowledge even after I changed my details back they still took it upon themselves to change them again to the point I had to ring the ATO multiple times to lodge a complaint.

My advice is do not bother wasting your time with Tax refund on the spot, they suck you in take what they want and they think they can take over your account and do what they want.

professional and they even appeared to be registered as a tax agent with the Australian Taxation Office (ATO). However, before making any payment, I decided to verify the information directly with the ATO.

After contacting the ATO, they confirmed that I had not been audited at all and that no such request had been made. This clearly indicated that the call and payment request were misleading and potentially a scam.

I have now filed a formal complaint with the ATO regarding this matter.

I’m sharing this experience to warn others: always verify any tax-related claims directly with the ATO before making any payments, even if the company appears legitimate online.

I love the service this firm provides. Very convenient and easy to follow instructions in their website . Always helpful when I call to ask questions I dont understand. Thank you to everyone in this firm

No clue how this is legal , even ATO said the same , so they somehow obtained my TFN and put himself on ATO website as my agent , had to call ATO to have them removed , keeps spamming my emails and calling (unlucky for him it's my spare phone ). I have never ever interacted with this company nor have I given consent to them to do something in my name , anyway just put them in your spam folder and ignore clowns.

Scammer's. I used them a once in Blacktown a few year's ago. I went to the office and something felt off. Got some money on the spot,then took a couple of week's to get the rest. Now I'm not accusing them,but it seems funny that somebody redone my tax for that year and claimed just over $12,000. So every year now,I have to wait longer to get a refund and they've got the hide to cotinuosly send me text's. Never use them.

I kept asking how much they charge but she kept changing the subject. I am a pensioner and really worried how much they are going to charge. I must have asked her at least 10 times to phone me on a normal phone. I would definately NOT use this Company. For the past few years I've been using Tax Return On Spot. Their service was quick and excellent. But for the last two years I have noticed a decline in their services. This I understand is because they are under new management. Now their service is appalling and I will never require their services again. I have now found a much better tax agent who is much efficient.

SCAM SCAM SCAM – Disgusting. No phone numbers are connected and using the website was the most dodgy experience I’ve had. They text you from many different mobile numbers and none of the contact information provided in them work. To be honest, for a scam this is even low - I would rate the scam at 1 out of 10.

Terrible experience – Took nearly $500 to do tax.. not impressed avoid. They are hungry for your money!
