with just a bowl of cereal. This would leave me being cranky and irritable until late afternoon because I've just started the day on an near empty stomach. After trying to pass a bowel movement that involved me placing my hands on either side of the cubicle wall and forcing out what felt like passing out a watermelon, I had enough! Switched over to taking Metmucil and I'm pushing out t#rds with ease! I keep getting emails asking me how was my delivery experience and if I could rate it, but why? You want me to give you guys a glowing review on how it was delivered to my front door?

Verdict still not in yet! – ok Guys, did the usual research & found this product had more positive reviews than its competitors also checked the ingrediencies & again what's was advertised seemed beneficial. you look for a lazy alternative & this is where the meal replacement sounded like a good idea. Now I'm still on my first container & can only share my experience & understand that everyone results will be different & the same with their tastes...... well my first taste was with water & absolutely hated it, had to force myself to finish it, [Content Removed] I though! what did i buy? that was for breakfast & persisted with the chocolate flavored drink, lunch time come around I was so hungry I was ready to do a trip to Macers but resisted it & kept drinking water until i got home for dinner. So, my plan was to have 2 meal replacements breakfast & lunch then have my normal diner, i was so hungry I ended up eating the Mrs. plate of pasta as well....... Now normally id have a small breakfast & small lunch & yes i was still hungry when i got home but what i would have to eat was enough. I've now switched to oat milk at my daughter's suggestion & have to say the taste is way better, this hunger craving is consistent from breakfast to lunch & lunch before diner. At this point I'm just past the halfway mark with this product & the only reason I give it 3 stars is I'm used to the flavor, as for a meal replacement again this is my experience it doesn't deliver the result. So, if I have to have a meal replacement & snack on carrot sticks & water crackers during the day, then what is the meal replacement for?............ I will finish the product, will I re-order maybe not.

Keeps me full and tastes good – I have for breakfast and keeps me full till lunch. Tastes good and will keep on using it. Am 7 kg down and hoping to get to 25kg

8kg down using The Healthy Man – Have been using Healthy Man Shakes since October and I am happy with them. Have lost 8kg so far. Delivery is fast and they taste good. No issues to report

Great tasting shake – Have used a few shakes in the past so thought I would give this one a go. I really like it. Have been using the vanilla shake used since September and am 11kg down. Will keep using it and would recommend to other blokes

Great supplement to my daily diet! – The healthy man shake does a great job.. 1) keeps me full; 2) is full of good stuff; and 3) tastes great -even when mixed with water which allows me to reduce the calorie intake even further. Looking forward to trying the new chocolate flavour too!

taste does not compare to The Healthy Man. It kept me fuller longer and it gave me all the energy I needed to go for my walk and now I can't wait for my second shake hahaha.... I highly recommend this product and you Follow their plan you WILL see results very soon....

Pleased to report that this actually tastes good – Let’s be honest - Most shakes taste disgusting - but after seeing good reviews I thought I would give this one a go as I needed to lose some weight. But I am pleased to say this actually tastes good. Super smooth and keeps me full - I am 6kg down and will keep going

Best shake I have tried – This is the best shake I have had. I have used shakes for a few years and this is by far the best one. There is no grit or aftertaste and since using I have much better toilet habits and have more energy. I also tried their super greens and was impressed - tastes good and have been lasting much longer in the gym after I use it

Tastes great and am losing weight – My mate told me about this product so I thought I would give it a go. I work long hours and don't have time to muck around with food. I have gained 30kg over the past 2 years and 6 weeks ago realised I had to do something about it. I have lost 10kg in 6 weeks and more than that I now have energy. Great tasting – Started using the healthy man shake in Jan and after trying shakes before have been pleasantly surprised. I have used the vanilla flavour and it is smooth - tastes great and doesn't give me any issues. Tastes good and easy to use – I recently bought a couple of vanilla healthy man shake as I need to lose a few kg after Covid. I am a tradie so up early and not much time to muck around with food in the morning. A Weight Loss Meal Replacement That Actually Tastes Good! – I've tried so many diets and meal replacement shakes over the years trying to lose weight and this is the first one I actually enjoy the taste of. I've tried all of the mainstream meal replacements and found they either give me an upset stomach or leave me feeling hungry but this Healthy Man product has made me feel fuller between meals and doesn't leave me feeling bloated or worse. Lost 8Kgs in 10 Weeks, does what it says – Have changed breakfast daily for this shake and found it really good, it is tasty and filling and I don't get hungry until lunch. Got a good deal when buying it, would recommend. Going to stay on it as I feel a lot better and have more energy.
