I needed some replacement stabiliser legs for my caravan which i ordered from Vic Offroad. They arrived in a week, were complete and good quality and the price was cheaper than anywhere else that i searched. Its nice to have a good experience when ordering online. Would highly recommend.
This 180 awning is a 10/10 as well is the customer service! Super fast delivery, product “how to” manual was super easy to follow and my camp trips just gotten better than before
Terrible experience. Purchased a canopy through their website. They provided tracking on the 3rd of March stating it had been picked up from their Altona location...10 days later...and with it only having to travel 1 hour as I'm located in Ballarat it still hadn't arrived. I found their customer service to be pathetic and slow in response to my enquiries. I will not be back and will recommend others don't waste their time....

First time user and last be warned about this firm vic off road they don’t want to fix issues but trying telling you how they come ask them how you attach the ladder on Kalbarri lite when tent is down if vehicle up high on roof and you need to unlock tent you can’t fit ladder unless it’s open brackets are wrong size there no instructions with anything to never buy or recommend to anyone be aware

200W solar panel dead after 18 months – Corrosion and manufacture defect have stopped solar panel outputting power under any load. Emailed the importer VicOffroad - "[Name Removed]" says warranty is 1 year, for a solar panel, something that has no moving parts! Every other company has 5 year warranty. It's not worth spending much more time on this but I'll buy the next one from Redarc, an Australian company that really backs its products unlike VicOffroad.

First time buyer. Poor service and misleading advertisement. They didn't mention that shower tent holding latch is optional. However, its shown in the ad. It was posted to me later. It arrived after my camping trip.
Much thinner and larger than I expected. Too big . I ordered size 9 and received 41 which is usually 9.5

Vic offroad review of the worst customer service – Unfortunately they did not tell me the truth about sending me the wrong product. I tried to resolve the issue but they are so dishonest. The manufacture company has confirmed that they had scope to admit their deception and resolve the matter, unfortunately I ended up writing a review about my disappointment.

Exceptional customer service – Had an issue with a folding solar panel so sent an email to their customer service section , received a response within 10 minutes and after sending images received a replacement within 7 days.
Good service – I bought a shower tent and there was a little scratch. I just sent an email to describe the scratch. They directly gave me another one without asked me to return. That is the decent company.
Battery Failed – We tested the failed Battery at the store, they offered to have it replaced with a Lithium without any issues., that's Customer Service., about to buy another Lithium battery from them
