We recently installed a 6x3m pod in the backyard for our office and studio. dealing with XtraSpaces was so easy, they kept us informed the whole way answer any questions we had. We recently had a pod installed by Xtra Spaces and honestly couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. The whole process was pretty straightforward from the beginning. Friendly, hardworking and left everything tidy when they finished. It was actually pretty impressive seeing how quickly the pod came together.

The finished pod looks even better than we expected. It feels really solid, the insulation is great and the quality of the flooring, doors, windows and finishes is excellent. It definitely feels like a proper room rather than just something that’s been dropped into the backyard.

We did a fair bit of research before deciding to go with Xtra Spaces and we’re really glad we did. For what we paid and how much extra usable space we’ve gained, it’s been 100% worth it.

Would definitely recommend them to anyone needing an extra room without going through a full house extension.

Unfortunately we have had to resort to this platform to get a response from this company. We have paid in full and we were told delivery 4-6 weeks (Late July early Aug) It is now September and we have received materials ad hoc materials. delivery of all remaining materials' and no reponse. We are in limbo not knowing if and when materials will arrive (there is no communication from regarding timing of goods arriving and we need to work. We can not book a builder as we have no idea when the materials will arrive. Communication and customer service is so simple - respond to a text, email, give your clients a phone call. Again, we have paid in full and not received what we paid for. So disappointing.

We have been very happy with the Pod, installation and any queries we've had. The guys on site were professional and polite. It has been a total back yard transformation and we are all loving the extra room it has given us. Highly recommend them - from the first phone call until the final instal our queries have been answered and dealt with. Show reply

No complaints about the pod, it was made quickly and professionally by the 2 guys, the after sales service by the owner, [Name Removed], however is woeful. I was told by the builders before they left that [Name Removed] would be back for the offcuts and rubbish, he came back to get the full panels about 2 weeks after the pod was installed, took… Read more

off before I could ask about the rest rubbish. I have now been informed that it up to me to get rid of it and that it is the T&Cs on the website, except that the only way I could find it on their website was from a link provided by [Name Removed], normal searching does not find the T&Cs on their website. My advice is if you use Xtra Spaces ask about who removes the rubbish BEFORE you give them the work, or better yet, get someone else, there are plenty of modular pod builders with similar prices.

The Pod itself was well made but we received a full size window when we specifically asked for a smaller high one. Also lots of rubbish was left for us to dispose of costing us even more money.
