I have heard it all before, then I said ok lets try them they cant be any worst than I buy ATM, they arrived this morning extremely well boxed with gifts and loyalty cards, which I must say put a smile on my face, I usually use 2 pods on a 350ml coffee and was never really impressed, so I did the same here, 2 pods for 350mls and wow what a difference it was substantially stronger and put a massive smile on my face and could not wait to get on to google and tell everyone, if your thinking of buying these pods and have not done so yet then DO iT!! difference with another bottled water, but this one genuinely surprised me. I train and play a few times a week, and staying properly hydrated is a big deal for both performance and recovery. Since switching to Alka Power, I’ve found it much easier to stay on top of my hydration, particularly during longer sessions or back-to-back training days. It just feels a lot cleaner and more effective compared to standard bottled water. The biggest thing I noticed straight away is the taste. It has a really crisp, smooth finish, no weird aftertaste, no “flat” feeling like some others. It’s actually refreshing enough that I end up drinking more of it without even thinking about it, which is probably half the battle when it comes to hydration. I’ve also found it sits really well during training. Some drinks can feel heavy or leave you feeling bloated, but this is light and easy to drink, even mid-session. After games or intense workouts, I feel like I recover a bit quicker and don’t get that same level of fatigue or dehydration. Packaging-wise, it’s solid and convenient to throw in the bag, whether I’m heading to training or just out for the day. Overall, if you’re active or even just someone who struggles to drink enough water, this is definitely worth trying. It’s simple, but it does what it’s supposed to do really well ,keeps you hydrated and actually tastes good doing it.

packets have doubled in size, which is great. However the price is now $5-72 per packet (Aust Dollars). And worse still, the postage or courier fees are $432 Australian dollars.
