The CUSTOMER SERVICE choice is one of the of phone options but when that option is selected you are not connected with a person. Instead you are told to email the company.

Except for Aldi Mobile no contact phone number is given to customers.

ALDI POLICY IS NEVER, EVER TO SPEAK TO ITS CUSTOMERS.

If you send them an email which they then choose to ignore and they do not respond to yout, there is no way to speak to a representative.

This level of non-service and lack of customer care is outrageous.

Plus beware, they sell products that should b thrown out as sale items. Ive sadly been caught out purchasing crap ive had to toss out when ive got it home. extremely sick with food poisoning for almost 3days. The bottom had an eggy gooey texture and their quality control team advised it was just moisture released during baking and after baking. What was in the bottom of my cupcakes wasn't moisture, it was almost raw batter!!

cleaning product. It came in small trigger bottles or larger containers. As it needed to be strong for my application, I called to check if all of the sizes were the same strength. Cleaners Supermarket checked with the manufacturer for me and found that small trigger packs were diluted. I asked to change my order but either there was a mix up, or I was too late and I received the diluted version. Cleaners Supermarket sent me out the proper stuff, without delay, at no charge. To be fair, it was the manufacturer's fault anyway, for not putting this information on the containers.

I am very impressed with the support I received from Cleaners Supermarket and would highly recommend them.
