service was better than any company or store i have ever had the pleasure of dealing with (and i have been in sales for over 40yrs) when i was unsure if the Rims would look good on my car, he picked up the rim put a black cloth behind the rim and set it up on blocks to show me how it would look right next to my own car outside. Nothing was too much for him and he helped us so much that the decision was easy for us to get exactly what we wanted and needed.

assistant confirmed they deliver to Australia. My payment went through, my address was updated within the correct timeframe, and my order was tracked as being made with a dispatch date set for 4 September. On 8 September—a month after ordering—I checked the status only to find my order had been abruptly cancelled and refunded without my consent as I had requested by emails (unable to speak to anyone on either site) that they continue with the order.Trying to get in touch with a real person to resolve this was impossible. Phone lines put me on long holds before directing me back to the website, leaving me stuck dealing with an unhelpful AI chatbot. When I finally received an email response, I was told the NZ branch wouldn't fulfil it and I had to re-order through the Australian site—where the exact same curtains are priced more than double what I originally paid.Very poor communication, rigid customer service, and a highly upsetting experience after waiting so long.

The iPhone arrived within 4 days of purchase. It was well packaged, it was in an attractive box with a magnetic closure. So well presented for a gift for my son. A cord for charging I didn’t expect. Perfect condition. I haven’t used it yet.

The Panel installation was flawless, from acceptance of the order.

The Battery installation was a long & drawn out process, as connections department were completely incompetent during the DNS Registration of my unit. Numerous phone calls & emails, including a visit to their premises in Cavan resulted in absolutely no assistance to simply finalise the Registration & Export Test required by SA Power Networks. Thanks to the Installers persistence & support provided by OEM, the Battery was finally registered for compliance purposes.

I'm still waiting for the connections team to respond. Too little too late I say!!!

If you are looking to install a battery, please shop around for a company who is competent with product support & assistance, to the very end of the installation process.
