flat-out illegal under Australian law. They hide the GST until the very last second of checkout, which completely violates Australian Consumer Law regarding clear component pricing.

It gets worse. I realized I was overcharged and requested a cancellation and full refund less than 24 hours after purchase. Their own official terms explicitly state a 72-hour window for standard products and a 60-day money-back guarantee for Linux, Windows, and WordPress web hosting. Despite meeting these terms perfectly, they refused to issue a full refund.

This company engages in deceptive pricing practices, overcharges customers, and refuses to honor their own written refund policies. They are dishonest, unethical, and completely untrustworthy. Save your money and sanity—take your business to a reputable provider.

lag, lost accounts, recurring missing emails despite whitelisting, I could go on and on. Their tech support is belligerent, unprofessional and lacks any understanding of how their servers and systems work. They are more interested in trying to out-tech-talk you than solve the problem (they of course couldn't' with me as I clearly knew more about their system than they did). I have spent hours over days and weeks and months onto years, dealing with an unqualified series of "Support" staff that just don't care to solve the issues. There is no recourse to escalate the problem as well. I even searched for a Corporate Head Office phone number or email. None exist which is dubious in that alone! In all cases, the best recourse was to guide my clients to move their domains to other providers and they are so happy with that result and they don't have to pay me to resolve any issues because all of their problems went away with the new providers. That didn't stop Bluehost from continuing to bill these clients months later. Very dishonest! DO NOT SIGN UP WITH BLUEHOST!!!

lost data to restore service after outage. Last 6 month emails from panthur email server are marked by spamaus for spam resulting in emails to outlook, gmail and hotmail being blocked. Paid 12mth upfront for server and used 2 months and they refused to refund. Support takes days at times to repsond. Do your self a favour and go elsewhere.

company even does that ?? Their 'Live Status Page' is a complete fraud. Their page reports everything operational, zero problems reported, yet, 4 of my sites are down, and on hold for 40+ minutes waiting for tech support, so clearly it's not just our site. And finally, they did a back end server migration a few months ago and destroyed our IMAP email server, requiring it to be manually rebuilt and emails from archives to be restored. This took days and many many messages. Avoid this company if you need a reliable, honest company..... (Still waiting on hold, still no email / web hosting, their status page still says all operational, no fault reports.........
