Not a good service value for money. Home brand antenna that works well and 10 year warrenty. Quoted $330-350 charged $380. At home 10 minutes equalling say $100 for cost of antenna (goodguy and canstar quote) $28.50 per minute or $1700 per hour. Left antenna behind to be disposed of. Better value elsewhere. Glad its only once in a lifetime service.

Ripped off the consumer – I was asking quote from Antena guy in Fremantle he said (Ok so depending on the age of the antenna looking at between $150-$180 for a simple fix or a new antenna $330-$350 can get to you from tomorrow onwards ) turn up on the date the difference guy and check for fault and he said I need new PSU unit 10 minutes job cost me $423 this is not in quote that they give me this person really ripped out the costumer. I would not recommend this person.

Whirlwind service in case your brain kicks in.. OVERPRICED – I was not receiving a reception on TV ,( my grandson who is ten said I needed a booster ) of course I did not listen . Got in contact with AHS and next day they arrived ,Charged me 260 $ to plug a booster into electric socket , job took 5 minutes ( to be fair not including time spent phoning office to find out how much they would 'CHARGE ' … Read more

me ) of course I paid the $260 and then discovered the booster supplied retails from $21 to $30 . Now I'm on the phone to supplier , thinking someone made a mistake in pricing but no he tries to convince me that's a fair price and his materials are Quality in comparison to competitors ... anyway after a lot of unnecessary calls they decided to reduce bill to $ 175 ...they should learn a lesson CHARGE A FAIR PRICE

Shoddy and overpriced – I wish I had read the reviews before using this company. $750 for an antenna and a wire dangling from the ceiling to the TV. Looks unsightly and unprofessional. Asked to get it sorted out- additional costs!

Overpriced no free advise and ripping off retirees – Just had an AHS person come to access the signal on my tv I thought new Ariel or booster required. The guy checked the signal strength which he said was low but operable he then spent several minutes retuning the new tv for me. Total cost $150.00 for 5 minutes work no free advice given, a complete ripoff do not use this company.

Over charges service – I was provided with a firm quote $250 to affix a wall mount bracket for 65" tv , $120 to fix the mistakes make by unqualified electrician who incorrectly connect one more tv to the existing antenna and $100 to correct the setting of the Swann camera. Total amount of the 2 hour job was $470. The installer spent most of the time on wall mount… Read more

bracket and correcting the anntena wiring. He spent only 5 minute helping me to pair my mobile phone to the Swann camera. He refused to correct any wrong setting with the reason of not knowing about the security camera. He asked me to pay additional $50 for replacing approx 3m of the antenna cable which appears to be the main reason for causing trouble to the digital tv screen. I refused to pay additional $50 and complained him about not helping me to do any thing with the setting up of security camera. He was angry at me, not border to clean dusty floor left by drilling holes, and to leave my house for another job. After leaving my house, he sent me an invoice asking me to pay $500. I am very disappointed at the way they invoiced me. I had to pay $500 of which $250 for doing unskilled work, $150 for correcting antenna wrong connection and $100 for pairing my mobile phone to the security camera!!!

Misleading quotation – I accepted a quote based on time spent. The bill was made before the tradesman had done the job . Totally misleading on price and time set for appt was misrepresented

Avoid - Antenna overpriced and uses cowboy contractors – Has sites for every suburb claiming to be local family business. Eg Tv Antennas Innaloo, Tv Antennas Morley only realizing too late after that’s it’s all actually under a business called AHS. And actually instead uses cowboy subcontractors who will take advantage of you. I was duped and charged ridiculously for a cheap quality antenna. Do yourself… Read more

Highly Overpriced – Overpriced. We were charged $984 to install our own TV bracket, run power to the television and attach the aerial outlet to existing antenna. When the installer rang for the cost from the office he was told "it was discount price" the installer and the other person laughed. It took the installer over and hour to actually start working on the… Read more

project and then stood around for 20 minutes waiting for my husband to come home so he could lift the television onto the brackets. I ended up helping him. I would not recommend them

Antenna installation – Used substandard equipment. Cheapest antenna on market. Charged me the earth. Pixelation whenever windy. They tried to fix it by extending and making higher still not working well. Got another electrician who basically said cheap quality aerial and I’ve been overcharged.

Not great – Did a decent job mounting TV but charged $75 to auto tune the TV which I didn’t ask for. Also, was meant to follow up with info on surround sound but didn’t.

No thanks! – We were quoted $470- $490, to install a new antenna on our 2 story house that we are renting. When the guy gets here, all of a sudden our area is supposedly "low in reception" So without informing us he installs a booster, and a our total is now $570. In my opinion, he should have asked us first. Then to add to this he sniffed choked and snuffled… Read more

around our house for the time he was here( maybe 1/2 an hour) In these Covid ridden times, I found this very disconserting. We wre told the same as Jeanette, what was originally installed here was inferior, and unusable. Bad business ethics if you ask me, I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.

Beware of foot in the door tactics – I was quoted $180 minus 10% seniors' discount on the phone to put a new antenna and fix the poor reception. But when here the sub contractor said that that is a quote for a cheap and nasty antenna, the one to get was $350 and that the senior discount was included! He was there, I wanted the job done. when he left he told me that the reason for the… Read more

poor reception was because my antenna was not plugged in into the equipment I used, my equipment was too old to receive the new channels anyway. these sharks have no conscience. They could have just charge me a service call fee. this way of getting as much money as possible from older people is dishonest. On the phone he should have said the price was FROM $180 for a new antenna. the sub contractor was hurrying me, stressing me and making me unable to think straight. I certainly cannot recommend this company.

Exceptional Service – I can’t recommend AHS enough. I am an older person and get worried when employing trades so it was great that Adam arrived on time, was professional, very helpful and checked everything for me. Most importantly, the quote I was given was adhered to and there were no extra costs, both my aerial and electrical work are fixed now. thank you very much Adam.

Great service – Our TV booster failed so we lost signal. It was a Friday night and we contacted AHS by email asking if they could come on Saturday. Fairly quick reply but unfortunately they were too busy. So it was Monday but Steve came at the time stated and sorted the problem so quickly, replacing the box at reasonable cost as well. Steve was a great guy. Very personable. We will recommend them to everyone
