I had cause to require a Bosch dishwasher repair, after a Code E19 code. Matt K from Always Prompt turned up exactly on the designated time, diagnosed the problem and fixed it up straight away. The cost was reasonable and he left the kitchen very neat & tidy Show reply

Extremely disappointed. Fridge not fixed. [Name Removed] on the phone was always aggressive and all about money. I can go to a medical specialist and it would be cheaper. They won’t come back without another call out fee. Appalling.

Technician Will provides great service – Service was booked and technician was able to complete the job earlier than scheduled. Never Prompt – Extremely rude admin/receptionist. Having received the invoice for the spare parts days after technician had visited we paid it quickly so we could get it ordered but the admin lady would not order it until the funds turned up in their account (even after offering to send confirmation of transfer) when called the following week to get an update.… Read more

AVOID – The guy that came out to look at my fridge was great. BUT after he took the freezer drawer apart as a process of elimination he reassembled it then started on the fridge section. Excellent to deal with! – The staff were great to deal with, took the time to understand the issue with my fridge/freezer and book a time. The technician arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the issue and provided a report on the problem. Unfortunately the unit was unrepairable. Disappointed with level of service for cost – Tradesperson showed up, could not figure out how to dismount dryer from wall, eventually got it down and diagnosed the fault but did not have parts on hand to repair it and then charged additional for time spent (more than the initially quoted half hour) without resolution, saying that it would need an additional quote. would be more than the dryer is worth with the majority of the cost due to time taken for inexpertise and being unprepared.

Amazing service – Shanan was highly professional, prompt and new exactly what the issue with our washing machine was - fixing it quickly and giving us additional helpful advice to keep our machine working better...will definitely be using APS again

Dishwasher repair – Arrived on time, but needed to ask me to provide towels to put on floor under dishwasher which he moved. Left mess behind. Did not even pick up my towels which he used as he did not have his own equipment. Very disappointing.

Sam's the man – Sam repaired my dishwasher. He was prompt and very easy to deal with. Did a very good job. Definitely ask for him next time we want one of our white goods repaired. Definitely recommend him to others.

Fridge Service – Sam arrived this morning nice and early. He is a lovely polite man who quickly sorted out the issue we have with our fridge. come to us in 20 mins, which we gladly obliged. Technician arrived and finished, and advised that yes we were correct, but he didn't have the part on him, so he'd need to come back another time, that'll be $169. The entire interaction took 15 minutes (confirmed through our home cctv system) however the lady over the phone insists that the technician was with us for 35 minutes- perhaps including the time he spent on his phone parked outside of our residence??? Nevertheless, $169 to confirm what we knew already???? Initial fee, plus the quote for replacing a single part and their time (apparently washing machine technicians run $676 per hour now) equates to just under what it would cost to buy a new machine entirely, would never reccomend this company to our lovely community, regret reaching out to them.

Excellent repair and service – Craig was on time (a little early in fact) but called ahead to let me know. Thorough job on repairing our fridge and explained everything he did as he went. Showed photos of the job done. Very polite and great customer service. Got his card so we can call him again (but hopefully no time soon!)

Bosch washing machine repair – Always Prompt organised for technician to come at time to suit me (not easy). Sam came on time, fixed issue with washing machine quickly and even happily dealt with sharing laundry with small puppy. Very happy with service provided. Thank you Sam.

Lg Fridge examination – Firstly i would thank Always Prompt Services for being prompt and communication update. The Tech that serviced my frige was Sam. He was very knowledgeable and easy to understand , explained to me what the problem was with the fridge. I just want to say thanks again Sam for your service.

Prompt repair – Many Thanks to Sam from ALWAYS PROMPT services. I had two hair pins accidently get lost in washing machine jamming up the works. So very pleased that I only waited two days for service. Sam was courteous, polite , punctual and had repair done very quickly. Highly recommend this great service.

Perfect Service – Called on Tuesday had a booking on Thursday . Sam came on time and was very knowledgeable. He had the problem resolved in under 30mins ,so was only charging the call out fee.. Would highly recommend.
