any proper resolution. I eventually requested a full refund, but I still received no response.

I also looked through other customer reviews and noticed that several other customers have reported similar issues with receiving faulty products and difficulties getting a response or resolution.

Very disappointing customer service. A faulty product can happen, but ignoring customers after they report the problem and request a refund is not acceptable.

I would not recommend Arima Homeware based on my experience.

properly. I fired off a quick message to their chat function on Facebook late a Saturday night and didn’t expect a reply till the following week. Imagine my surprise when not even 2 minutes later Benny replies letting me know my order status. What a legend! We then got chatting about my new purchase and other items I had seen on their Facebook page and website. Benny is an absolute legend. He was very knowledgeable about the products I was asking for, and even directed me to their newsletter that had a 10% off code for the product I was interested in. Benny, if I had a business, I’d totally poach you and have you come work for me. I’d pay you a fortune and buy you coffee everyday. You’re amazing. The order was shipped lightning fast, came well packaged and is freaken awesome to use. I would 110% recommend Bronx Homewares for whatever your heart desires. I will totally be coming back again.

website says "shipping information received" means the merchant has made an Eparcel pickup request (meaning it has not been despatched). After reading some similar reviews here about delays i feared the worst and contacted the customer service and was a bit disgruntled at their responses because they said the order has been sent but the tracking status on Australia Post still just said "shipping information received", so I did not believe them

To my surprise the parcel turned up today, 16 days after the order, even though the Australia Post tracking status implied it still hadn't been picked up since the "shipping information received" request. It appears the problem was with Australia Post. My apologies to Bronx Homewares. The product is at a great price and as described.

Maybe there would be a few less disgruntled reviewers here if you gave buyers the option to use a courier company with more transparent tracking and better track record than Australia Post.

Bronx Homewares - The absolute worst Company I have ever dealt with – I purchased a set of knives ($304.99) from Bronx Homewares (BH) on 12 Oct 2019. to be shipped today and we normally take 2 business days handling (email also included Sendle tracking number). 17 Oct 2018- I sent an email to Sendle as there had been no movement on tracking. 17 Oct 2019- I emailed BH asking for a person to contact me urgently. 18 Oct 2019- email response from Sendle advising me to contact BH regarding order. 18 Oct 2019-email response from BH stating orders that 'might'be out of stock can take 10 business days to process and any missing items will be investigated after 21 days. 18 Oct 2019-I emailed BH asking why would they send me an email and SMS saying my order had been shipped if the item was 'out of stock' and also when I purchased the knives there was no indication the item was not in stock .

No response was ever received from BH. I then emailed BH again asking for a phone number of the company so I could actually speak to a person.

Again, no response from BH. By this stage, I physically felt sick. I thought what company doesn't have a contact number. What company just ignores emails from customers.

I sent an email to BH each day up to and including 23 Oct 2019 asking for someone to contact me urgently and I never, not once, received a response.

23 Oct 2019-at 10:02pm I received an email from BH saying that my order was cancelled and a refund applied.

I can honestly say I have never experienced anything like this at all. This has caused so much stress, dealing with Bronx Homewares is a nightmare.

Good service and sustainable packaging – The knife block I ordered arrived very promptly and was exactly as described. When I emailed Bronx with a query about the sustainability of their packaging they got back to me straight away with a detailed response. I was very pleased to learn they use mostly recycled cardboard boxes and filler made of corn starch which is biodegradable. Show reply

Fast shipping, delivery and great quality! – I did not expect my item to arrive as fast as it did; especially coming from another state. My parcel arrived the day after I ordered it, they had taken care when packaging the items to ensure nothing was damaged in transit. I will definitely be a returning customer!

that the item hadnt been processed through their warehouse (meaning that it never arrived) so would be best to talk to the company. After my simultaneous attempt to contact Bronx on the 3rd and 4th attempt on the 1st of July, i finally got a response that it would be investigated. After 2 days i received a refund with no further explanation or apology. Although i am happy that I got my money back because that is better than nothing, i was in limbo for nearly a month about what was happening. I was VERY dissapointed there was no further explanation as to what happened so I had to ask myself yet again. And was only told that they were 'lost' and couldnt be replaced. It just didnt add up because there was barely any communication and when there was its because I had to ask. Not happy with the customer service and would not recommend or shop with them again.

to contact Bronx several times Stating Australia post had lost my package. I did however get a full refund but upon looking on their Facebook and here it has happened far too many times to be accidental. Do not buy from this store, you will not receive your items.

I did, however, receive an email a few minutes later saying that my order had been canceled and my money refunded via Paypay (thank god!) I then got an email from the "owner" saying that they had been emailing me to say that the item was out of stock. However, I never received any of these emails, yet when they wanted to email me to cancel the order, the email arrived straight away. The owner is blaming Covid delays, big surprise. If they can't fulfill their orders or get back to their customers because they are short staffed, they should close their website until they are able to run it properly. I definitely think that this company is a scam and I want to warn everyone against buying from them. I wish I'd seen these reviews before I purchased from them.

Bronx Homewares - Avanti Art Deco Espresso Maker 4 Cup 200m – Fast response, good price, excellent coffee maker. I bought it as my old stove top coffee maker had burnt coffee on the bottom I couldn’t clean off. Avanti has a much thicker base and as I have a larger Avanti it’s not created that problem.

Good prices and good communication – There was an initial picking error at the warehouse and I was sent the wrong colour item. Bronx sent out the replacement immediately and were very responsive the whole time. I find the best measure of customer service is how a company responds when there's a hiccup and Bronx were excellent. Their prices are very good and everything arrived in great shape. I will purchase from them again without hesitation.
