Unfortunately, such an item isn't available as an accessory for the model I have. Yet it looks like it has provision for one on the inside of it. Very pleased with the purchase so far and certain foods come out crispier with this one than my previous (non Baccarat) air fryer which failed 1 month after the end of it's warranty period.

Ordering was simple and straightforward, and delivery was impressively quick, especially considering the item was listed as being on backorder. That level of efficiency really stood out and set the tone for the whole experience.

Where things fell apart slightly was with the plumber they arranged for installation. Plumbing Bros Sunshine Coast initially came across brilliantly, with Andrew going out of his way to shuffle his schedule and fit us in before the Easter period, which we genuinely appreciated.

Unfortunately, that goodwill didn’t last long. Upon arrival, he took issue with there being no pre-drilled hole in the sink which, frankly, is a strange expectation given most sinks don’t come with a spare hole ready to go “just in case” you might want to add another tap down the track. He advised he would need to drill one and charge extra.

We advised that this was clearly included in the package (with only stone benchtops attracting an additional fee). Unfortunately, his response was dismissive and unprofessional, even going as far as waving the drill around while reluctantly agreeing not to charge. From that point on, his attitude noticeably shifted and made what should have been a straightforward install feel unnecessarily tense and uncomfortable.

While this reflects poorly on the installer, it’s not entirely separate from Soda Tap’s overall service, as they are the ones who engaged and recommended the contractor. There does need to be some accountability there, whether that’s in better vetting, clearer communication, or ensuring installers fully understand what is included in the packages they’re representing.

That said, Soda Tap Australia themselves were excellent throughout, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. If there were a 4.5-star option, that’s probably where this lands, but 4 stars doesn’t feel fair given how strong everything else was.

They’ve always been quick to respond when we’ve needed support, and they also arranged a trade discount for us, which we really appreciated. Our orders around Australia have arrived pretty quickly, with free shipping, and we’ve had deliveries through both UPS and Australia Post. Shipping to Europe took a bit longer, especially to Greece, but that’s understandable, and we’re happy with the free shipping offered. So far everything has been pretty smooth. We did have one item arrive with a slight issue that looked like it had been damaged in transit, but they sent out a replacement without any hassle. Can’t complain so far. I initially requested an exchange and asked for instructions on how to return the item.

I was told the issue would be reviewed within 2 days. After that, I never received the return instructions or any proper resolution. I eventually requested a full refund, but I still received no response.

I also looked through other customer reviews and noticed that several other customers have reported similar issues with receiving faulty products and difficulties getting a response or resolution.

Very disappointing customer service. A faulty product can happen, but ignoring customers after they report the problem and request a refund is not acceptable.

I would not recommend Arima Homeware based on my experience.

Sadly this new set (in the Cream) colour are incredibly different in quality. While my Truffle Grey colour looks as new desperate year long use, my Cream pan is ready for the bin after 2-3 months. Used on the same cooktop; with the same utensils; seasoning and cleaning the exact same way.

With literal sweat and tears I’ve managed to salvage probably 80% of the interior but the exterior is completely destroyed, colour damaged and stained.

I have provided the pictures and videos they requested. I have shown the comparison between the colours, showing that it is obviously a quality control issue. I’ve followed the instructions they provided as a fix for the staining - nothing works.

They are refusing replacement as ‘the 12 month warranty’ only covers the inside of the pan and despite acknowledging the discolouration, won’t do anything about it. I am removing my previous recommendations to friends and family and public social media pages, as I don’t feel the price (even heavily reduced as they are now) is worth it. A simple pan replacement would have given me good faith in the company, but they are refusing even this.

Please consider looking elsewhere.
