Cheap and tacky!!! the listing for the item I bought looks as though the case and band are one whole item, but actually arrived as seperate items. The band is metal but the case is a flimsy plastic. They even have fake screw details that make the item seem look like it is all one metal. The case does not have any protective glass in it, despite the fact that the item is marketed as "protective" and "scratch resistant"

Over a week after I ordered I got an email to say the colour I ordered is out of stock. I agreed to a new colour which then took another three weeks to come.. my band is meant to be genuine leather which definitely is not, and the buckle is very chunky and digs into your wrist. Follow-up · Wish I read the other reviews before buying. They sent a replacement band I picked out. Sure it looks nice but the clasp is impossible to open. The rusty pins broke when removing to resize. They kept sending me emails hassling me until I blocked them. Since bought a nice band on TEMU for a few dollars.

I contacted customer service immediately requesting a refund. They took forever to respond, and instead of simply processing the refund they continuously tried to push other “solutions” and discounts I didn’t ask for. Every time I clearly requested a refund, I’d get another email offering 50% off another band — why would I want another product when the quality of the first one was terrible?
After all the back and forth, they finally agreed to refund me but still deducted a $7 postage fee, which is excessive considering it does not cost $7 to send the item back.
Overall, extremely poor quality products and frustrating customer service. I will never shop here again and would not recommend anyone else waste their money either.

cost of $21.00. The band is generically branded and has no Astra bands development. A cheap way to do business when you simply set up a website and have a total “hands off” approach.
