I placed an order, box looked like it was kicked around. Some plants are very small, not even 10cm tall. Some squashed into the packaging, a lot of the potting mix had fallen out and was bone dry. You can spend $20-$30 dollars at a nursery and get a plant 10 times the size of what Some of these tube stock are, some were very very young plants. I probably wouldn't buy from them again. I was disappointed.

My experience with Australian Plants Online has been extremely disappointing. Less than two months after planting, over 60% of the plants I purchased have died. the Pink and Cardwell Haven plants have shown virtually no growth at all. What has made the situation even worse is that since planting these, our yard has become overrun with weeds that we never had before. Some appear to be parasitic and quickly overtake the surrounding plants. It has created far more work, expense, and frustration than expected. When the first plant died within about 10 days, I contacted customer service. To their credit, they refunded both the plant and the shipping cost. However, I was then told that any future issues would need to be reported within 48 hours of delivery. If a plant cannot reasonably survive beyond 48 hours, it should not be sold and shipped in the first place. As a result, I now have to spend additional money replacing these plants from another nursery that offers much larger, healthier, and more established plants for only a slightly higher price. Another disappointment was that the plants looked nothing like the photos on the website. Many arrived as tiny stems with very little growth, whereas the advertised images show much fuller, more established plants with multiple stems and branches. Overall, this has been a costly, time-consuming, and frustrating experience, and I will not be purchasing from Australian Plants Online again.

Plants Online over the past couple of years & the plants have always arrived very well boxed & super healthy. They have grown into healthy plants. I'm currently turning my Aquarium into a Terrarium & have already planted a few plants in there, im waiting for my next order of plants from Australian Plants Online to finish this out.. I'll attach a photo of it as it is now, then I'll update it once its planted out. EDITED!!!! I received my plants today & have planted out my fish tank.. im looking forward to having the plants relax & spread out a little, but for now im wrapped with how it looks.. I know I'll have to take out the Elkhorns & bird nest in time, but until such time, they can stay right where they are ! . Thank you APO for your beautiful stock of plants. I ordered some sea side daisies as a mate said they could survive anything - WRONG. They didn't survive the delivery from Plants on line. Very disappointed customer. Have emailed with photos, no reply, have called but can't get through.

This was my first online purchase of plants in over 50 years of gardening having been most reluctant to use this method of purchasing over concern for plant quality. however to find the plants were in excellent shape and looked as fresh as the day they were packed. ( see photograph ) The method and quality of packaging was also first rate. I watered and repotted the plants on arrival and couldn't be more happier with the end result. I highly recommend buying plants from this supplier.
