and commented on the high product quality, particularly the stronger tank walls. Bought the option kit (extra valve, vermin seal and ladder) which I highly recommend. Also took the supplied pump option; they were very cost competitive and a good pump, the Davey HS60-08T and that works a charm. Make sure you follow their pre-work instructions, as we did (!) because you cannot put these on rough ground. Also you do need aggregate around the tank as they say, because water run off erodes crusher dust very quickly. Highly recommended as a supplier for your tank.

it would take 2 days. It took 2 weeks (we couldn't use our backyard in the meantime). - The left a massive mess behind (we had to clean up) - The quality was terrible. Very lumpy. Massive gaps. Looked nothing like the photos - The claimed it was 'dog proof'. Our cavoodle puppy was able to lift up a corner and tear the grass in a few minutes. - They denied our warranty claim because they had a management restructure. Why do I deserve a crappy lawn because they move some staff around? I got no apology either. I have to resort to legal action if I want any resolution.

I now have to spend lots more and replace it with real grass. These guys are the worst.

reporting the issue, I was advised to troubleshoot and clean contacts which temporarily restored operation.

The fault returned repeatedly. The unit was returned under warranty, repaired and returned to me.

Unfortunately the same fault returned again within days.

The unit was returned a second time. Australia Robotics now allege water damage which I dispute, as cleaning and troubleshooting were performed following advice and only after repeated failures.

The unit remains in their possession while repair invoices, parts charges and ongoing storage charges continue to be issued despite the matter remaining disputed.

During the dispute I was offered return of the unit conditional upon removal of reviews, which I was uncomfortable with.

Products fail. My frustration has been the handling of the issue afterwards.

As the matter remains unresolved, the dispute is now progressing through formal consumer complaint processes.

of ANL Organic Garden Mix specifically for our new vegetable garden and orchard. After filling the new garden beds, rain washed the surface of the soil reviling significant amounts of plastic and rubbish throughout the soil. This has included shredded plastic bags, bottle caps, electrical tape, various other plastic and rubbish fragments. This is particularly concerning given the product is marketed as an “Organic Garden Mix” and recommended for growing vegetables, herbs and fruit plants. We certainly did not expect soil purchased for growing food to contain this significant level of plastic and other rubbish debris. We contacted ANL with details of the problem and provided video evidence showing the extent of the plastics and rubbish contamination. More than a week later, we have still received no response to our emails about the issue. We now have contaminated soil spread throughout our newly established gardens making the problem extremely difficult to rectify. Very concerning experience, particularly given the false “organic” description of the soil product, the large amount of plastic contamination, and the complete lack of response from ANL so far. We have now raised the issue with NSW Fair Trading and taking further actions against ANL.

I am so disappointed that 6 or 7 packets of different poppies l only got 3 single California popies and no others. They are flowering mini pale yellow flowers. Not happy. My larkspurs are great though

driver drop back when in the area once the tanks place to drill the holes for fittings. Everyone at WC Polly were keen to help and our delivery driver DJ who is a top bloke returned with a smile on his face to do the inlet and outlet holes. The tanks are substantial and the value 2 x 25000 tanks inc fittings, a Davey pump and the holes being drilled and fitting them was an exceptional experience. we're very grateful.
