Autism 360 coaching has literally changed our lives. Nearly 16 years of the most strained mother and daughter relationship due to my misunderstanding of her has almost done a complete 360 due to Jess and Cindy. Vaughan's ability to place me with the right psychologist/coach was remarkable. I was sceptical before starting, due to the cost and my… Read more

Finally we’re making some progress – Just renewed our program with Autism 360 for another 6 months. With support from their Speechie and Psych working together with me, we are able to help Summer generalise her social skills. Even her teacher was very impressed with changes in the classroom as she reached out to me asking for what we were doing.

Renewed Hope – Personally I am filled with gratitude to have found Autism 360. I’ve struggled for many years with other avenues I’ve taken to help my 10&1/2yr old son and help me understand and meet his needs….psychology , OT, speech, alternate therapies ie Enquine therapy ,schooling system etc Due to the complexity of my son they have all fallen short of… Read more

being able to follow through with support and understanding. I had all but given up hope after 9 years and someone told me about Aut 360. I thought I’ve got nothing to lose so I’ll call. Aut 360 has been Supporting me with my weekly session coaching plus bonus sessions with other “area specific knowledge” coaches to explore and navigate a variety of approaches to help me help my son . I have a coach Kim Alexander who I meet with weekly on zoom and to be honest in even my darkest days I come away from our sessions with something practical and achievable to consider and this gives me renewed hope to keep going. I’m forever blown away by Kim’s in-depth knowledge and understanding of the complexities of my son condition and challenges , especially when I’ve spent years seeking some understanding and ways to problem solve that are most of the time “out of the stereotypical approaches “. I am Experiencing a deeper level of insight to my son and myself and how we can navigate our relentless challenges.. I am so grateful to have such a coach!

new level and that is a fantastic gift. Thank you all so much for your incredible efforts. I have found the course content intense due to my current personal situation, however, with Alexa's help I have managed to overcome many challenges. I couldn't be more satisfied with the outcome or the professional team of teachers and mentors.

Best Decision Ever!!! – Best decision I ever made... after numerous attempts at finding the right program, solution, and support for my son, some of which only wanted my money from NDIS with no visible progress. who's 16 and husband whose doing FIFO work that makes it even harder.

I first found about the program While scrolling through my Facebook feed, and an advertisement for the Autism360 program caught my attention. Curious, I clicked on it.

Ash Bhattacharya's program emphasizes parents' direct involvement in therapy, which will significantly impact the child's progress. The program creates accessible home-based goals and activities tailored to the child's needs, with the help of a specialist practitioner or coach and the parents. Unlike traditional one-on-one therapy, this program allows parents to share their concerns and everyday struggles with their child's spectrum disorder. Then, a coach will develop a program for the parents to implement at home and in the community. I'm thankful for discovering this program and my dedicated coach, Kim Alexander. My initial coach was the equally wonderful Kate Smethurst before her maternity leave led me to work withher permanently. Thanks to Kim, I can now confidently express my concerns about my son's education and well-being at school, where he previously faced challenges that led to frequent meltdowns. Kim has been very helpful to my mental health and as a parent of a child with autism, I often feel worthless if I'm not doing things right. However, Kim makes me feel like I'm doing the best I can and continues to encourage me. Her guidance gives me courage to keep pushing forward even when it gets tough. Also I see improvements in my son now, thanks to Kim's help. She enables me to express concerns and goals directly to his school and other therapies. Kim always makes time to respond to my emails and to the entire support team for my son without any additional cost unlike some individualized one-on-one therapy sessions that charge even for small things. With Kim's assistance, I can now have a voice at my son's school and ensure he receives adequate care with no hidden fees. I also want to include Malina, whom I believe is one of the admins who are always ready to respond to any concerns I have, including when I lost Kim after encountering a problem with my son's funding and she found a way for me to retrieve Kim. I know there's too much promise in social media and us parents with children with special needs are eager to find help at any cost, ensuring we get the assistance we need to ease their struggles without wasting funds on unhelpful solutions. After a year with Austim360, I can confidently say that joining this family has been incredibly rewarding. From the founders to the admins and dedicated coaches, you will find unwavering support and understanding without judgment.

Disgraceful – Claim to help. But what they helped do was make my child WORSE. Then I got harassed by a worker for not following demands and not answering a call at 3am. him?

I have made contact with NDIS and since I'm not the first person to make such seriously complaints against Autism360, they are seriously considering pulling their name from your service.

I'd also like the money returned. Every cent. ASAP. You only get paid for services received. No services were received unless you consider the worker talking about all her other clients, complaining about how [Content Removed] her clients are and how she wished she could just sit and chat for hours on end and get paid for it. Every call we had was just her sitting there chatting about her children or the people she looks after. Not ONCE did she talk about how to help MY CHILD, no matter how much I asked for help apparently "sorry that's not what we do here" was the response I got about speech therapy and OT. Yeah OK, if you don't offer it don't say IN WRITING that you do.

If NDIS don't do something about it, I legally will

It's 12:20pm Tuesday 15th August. I just got off the phone with someone claiming to be from your company. They've read my review. I got offered 25k to remove my comment. When I refused they threatened me. I'd like something done immediately. I have called police

Edit: 7/09/2023

So an honest review was a big shock to the company. I since have had a gentleman messaging me harassment and threats. I ask for an apology and I get his whole life story instead. Because I said I just wanted my apology and refund, I've been threatened with court lol. This being AFTER being contacted by the police and told to stop their crap. My child is missing out on the help he needs because of these incompetent thieves. "If you aren't completely happy you can claim a full refund". Attempt to do so and get this text message "sure... if that's what you wish, we will meet you in court then. No need for you plan manager to send us anything. Offer of refund is off the table" All for wanting an apology. And a refund AND NOT WANTING HIS LIFE STORY.

I have also since gotten in contact with NDIS and they are not very happy with Autism360. They have had numerous reports and complaints about the company recently and will be pulling their involvement with your company.

Behavioural coaching, support and advocacy that works wonders – When we started Autism360, my daughter was having frequent emotional reactions, unable to talk about what she was feeling and what was causing it. We also struggled to get her ready in the morning and at school she struggled to collaborate with other children because she did not have the patience to listen and try other ways of playing. Her… Read more

nervous system was constantly between fight/flight/freeze responses which made it very difficult to get her to listen and cooperate.

Working with Alea, an amazing and incredibly creative behaviour coach, and using the Autism360 online resources, my daughter and I started naming emotions and the difficult tasks. I started breaking down her routines into step by step processes using the visuals provided in the Autism360 drive. Before long, my daughter had complete handle of getting herself ready for school and could do it without my assistance, using the visuals as reminders when needed. At school, she started getting awards for participation and now has a close circle of friends. Working closely with Alea, we recognised that my daughter is interested in emotions and behaviour, especially in animals. These days, during our free time. My daughter and I are writing, drawing and illustrating stories about pets.

Using token board and rewards, breaking down complex tasks, organising our home so there are little distractions, noticing other people’s cues, expressions and focus, we are becoming highly efficient at our day to day tasks within our family.

Socially, we are able to respond to our surroundings with greater ease, blend in, start (somewhat) relevant conversations (sometimes completely missing the mark :)) and gracefully back away when we feel our nervous system getting overwhelmed.

Thank you Autism360 for the coaching, the resources, support sessions and the community, in which we can explore our neurodiversity, become aware of our differences and other people’s experience of the world.

My daughter and I are now strongly bonded with over our unique gifts, which with focus and work can become extremely valuable to our community.

Autism 360 set realistic goals with clear time frames, and the sign-in process was fair. The cost is on the higher side, and I didn’t always find the dashboard user-friendly. However, my therapist has been amazing ,always supportive and consistently finding ways to help both me and my child.

If you had told my husband and me a few months ago that our little boy—four and a half—would be potty trained this soon, we would have laughed through tears. I (the one who usually handles the laundry!) was sure he'd be in nappies much longer. The stress of managing two toddlers with autism felt immense. But twelve weeks into Autism 360, we’ve… Read more

already hit all three of our initial goals. Every tiny win felt enormous, and the hope that followed changed our days—not just for our son, but for our relationship as a whole. Ozgul was the heartbeat of our progress. She knew we had two autistic toddlers and stood with us through the chaos and the calm. She saw our bad days and our good days and was with both of us through every step. She didn’t just see “a case”; she saw our son. My husband especially appreciated how she leaned into what he loves—dinosaurs and the Avengers—turning strategies into games and little missions that felt fun and safe. Over Zoom, she modelled the exact words and tone, then stayed with me while we both practised—patient, warm, never in a rush. She celebrated the tiniest wins, and when my confidence wobbled, she lent us hers. She didn’t just teach skills; she taught me to trust myself as his mum, and she gave my husband clear, simple ways to connect and reinforce the progress. And we did it all from home. No clinics. No wondering what happened behind a closed door. Every session was on Zoom, right in our kitchen, bathroom, and living room—the real places where change sticks. This was crucial for my husband, who could step in from his home office to observe sessions or practise a quick routine. Ozgul could see our routines with both kids and coach us in real time with clear, gentle guidance that fit our day. The Autism 360 app’s videos and podcasts were a lifeline I could play while cleaning, so we always felt supported—but it was Ozgul who made everything click for him and for us as a parenting unit. Why Choose Autism 360? Why choose Autism 360 for your child or your family? Because it blends evidence-based tools with truly personal coaching. You get a compassionate expert like Ozgul who understands your family, Zoom sessions that bring therapy straight into your home, flexible resources you can use anytime, clear goals, and real results—right where they matter most. We couldn't recommend it highly enough.

Yet another clever quasi-scam (groan) – Try this experiment - go to their online "autism test", where you will spend 10-15 minutes filling out their questions, only to find at the end they need your credit card or Paypal account number. Need I say more?

better elsewhere. I let the person know that I wanted to cancel, BUT HE PHONED ME ANYWAY and tried to get information out of me.

He then followed up with the following predatory marketing email:

Regret or Sacrifice? "I DON'T HAVE TIME TO TEACH MY KIDS..."

In a conference of hundreds and thousands of parents, he stood up amongst the crowd in the auditorium... silence swept across the audience as they each fixed their attention to see what this man had to say...

He must have something very important to say because I tell you what Julia, it takes a lot of balls to interrupt the speaker.

"I DON'T HAVE TIME TO TEACH MY KIDS..." He went on to share ontop of being the full-time driver to the children, he needed to work 9-5, organise meal prep, take care of the other siblings, he was ultimately losing himself...

The speaker paused. He listened. And looked him straight in the eye and responded with calmness

"If you don't make the sacrifice now, your child's dream become the sacrifice..."

Standing in the crowd, the man broke down. Other's gathered round around to comfort and empower him.

You see deep down he knew parent intervention was crucial... like many parents his child was on an 18 month waiting period to see a therapist and the progress at home wasn't being reflected. Not to mention with the whole lockdown it was nearly impossible to reschedule a time. The school support system didn't exist either.

Majority of time spent at home was sitting there trying to figure out what the child wanted... Breaking up fights between siblings and cleaning up messes... Julia, hours of your precious time is spent putting out fires and figuring it out.

What we don't realise is sacrificing the time to learn the necessary skills actually allow us more freedom to focus on the things we actually enjoy allow the family to unite peacefully at home allow our child to progress 3-5X faster with more independence and confidence

Take matters into your own hands. I know you're doing everything to provide your child the best outcome, Julia. We can regret the foods we sneak into our mouth, regret the people we should've never dated, but what we don't want to regret - is not learning the skills to enhance your child's progress

If you had the key to unlock your child's greatness - would you use it?

Dedicated to help your child reach their full potential, [Name] ----- Apart from the absolute garbage above, they sent me multiple emails asking me to sign up, despite me explicitly asking them to stop emailing me.

I reported the behaviour to NDIS, which has since notified me that they have received numerous complaints about Autism360. I hope they go out of business. Total [Content Removed].

We are incredibly grateful for the support and guidance Minu has given our family over the past year. Her techniques helped improve our child's speech, sitting tolerance, and eye contact. She also guided us to better connect with our child and spend meaningful, quality time together. She showed genuine care towards our child which we deeply appreciate and we are thankful to have had her support on this journey.

Alea is a very proactive, caring coach. My son has been having severe separation anxiety and issues related to behavioural regulation with adhd. Alea’s ideas for bringing about change are really well thought out and effective. 3 months in, I’ve had a full week of no stress daycare drop offs for the first time in 4-5 months and we’ve finally discovered the source of the behaviour.
