The coaching calls are extremely helpful, and whenever you need guidance, there is someone there to help you work through things and move forward.

I liked the step by step assessments to full fill the bigger task at the end of each subject including all real-life negative (what-to-do- if scenarios) and found them helpful. My program coordinator and main contact Sarah Marshall was really professional with quick and thorough answers if I had a question and clear instructions with her walk through videos at the beginning of more complex units. There is zero way of knowing what is required of your students for each asssessment. There is zero instruction on how to proceed with the course. Disgraceful. Not only is it taught dreadfully, but if that's the kind of trainers you produce, I would never accept a pinnacle TAE in my work place
