not complete my certificate due to experiencing financial hardship. I requested to cancel the course within only a couple weeks of commencement, before completion. I supplied this company with a medical certificate from my dr stating what I was experiencing. DOMESTIC VIOLENCE. They told me my medical certificate wasn’t sufficient enough as it didn’t state how it was directly effecting my ability to study. I MEAN COME ON pretty bloody self explanatory. Asking a dv victim to further explain is just disgusting and disgraceful on allllllll ends. My complaint will be escalated to AFCA AND THE OAIC Ombudsman.

I enrolled in the Master Practitioner of Life Coaching and NLP Practitioner Course with TLCC because I wanted to experience a face-to-face NLP Practitioner Training Curriculum and gain a deeper understanding of Neuro-Linguistic Programming through practical learning and application. Throughout this training, I learned and experienced a vast amount of valuable information. The curriculum was exceptionally well designed and logically structured. The trainer delivered the content in a way that made even complex concepts easy to understand by breaking them down into detailed, step-by-step procedures. This approach made the entire learning process quick, practical, and enjoyable, allowing me to participate in and practice many different exercises throughout the course. On the final day of the course, during the SMART Goal exercise, I was surprised and deeply moved to discover that Reward and Celebration were essential components of the SMART Goal process. In that moment, everything became clear. I understood why I had often experienced unnecessary pain, pressure, and struggle despite achieving significant success. I had been taking my wisdom, achievements, and capabilities for granted instead of acknowledging and celebrating them. My final breakthrough from this course can be summarized in one simple statement. “I’M SMART.” I finally recognized and appreciated the intelligence, wisdom, resilience, and potential that had always been there.
