After a little hiccup during ordering that was immediately rectified I got my protella flavoured protein powdernot gonna lie, it's absolutely delicious!! I'm going to have to show restraint not to drink it all in a week lol

return their mistake while I p*ss my time away pushing for an outcome is not how I want to live.

Here's how it goes down every time there's an issue.

start of month. Ordered 4x WPI for $110. They screwed up- wrong flavour. I contact support. First thing they want is their protein back even though it's open. Sadly AusPost don't come pick stuff up and return it- better start the car, go to the post office, grab some change since now we need packaging,... I send it immediately. 3 weeks pass. They have their protein back, I don't have mine. Better send another email. A half apology is received- it contains no protein or micronutrients though, so I would probably prefer the protein company sends my protein.

Luckily the 9th email confirmed that they sent it and the tracking is probably in my junk mail because I don't understand how email works. No email tracking, but I do make a note of the day and time so I check the tracking and find they didn't send it til days later. But the day arrives.,... and there's a delivery slip- so I drive back to the post office and finally get my protein 1 month later.

Hasn't happened to you? That's great! It probably won't happen. Probably

of products they have catering for cheat days, plant based diets and the fact you can categorise by your personal goals. the website is great and easy to use too, with navigation and purchase being easy.

Shipping times so far have been excellent and accurate and I have every confidence with the procedures in place to make sure orders are picked and packed accurately and will arrive when advised.

After going to local supplement stores I am still baffled at how something this good can be so cheap but I can assure you it is! I now have a cupboard full and when that gets low I will definitely be ordering again!

--------------- Original review: 'Terrible service - false advertising and won't honour deal' Blackbelt had a paid advertising campaign for 6kg of WPI for $99 which they refused to honour. --- Tues, 18 Feb: Emailed asking how I get the deal because I couldn't find it after clicking the Google ad. Got a response the same day that my query would be passed on to the appropriate team. Fri, 21 Feb: Emailed asking if they'd gotten a response Mon, 24 Feb: Reply saying the ad is obsolete and they'l take the ad down. Offered me 10% off my next order. Thurs, 27 Feb: I respond as I saw the Google ad again, and insist that they honour the deal on their ad, linking to the ACCC website about false advertising if they don't honour what's advertised. Also sent a video showing that it takes me to the WPC section of their site and that the deal isn't actually claimable. Tues & Wed, 3 & 4 March: Claimed it takes time to remove the ad from Google and would forward my email to appropriate department. Claimed the "advertising department is working with google to remove the banner" and because it's a "3rd party platform" it "may take sometime before it full gets removed" and said they can't offer that price anymore. Wed, 4 March: I respond with a screenshot that the ad is still up - 15 days after my first email and 9 days since they said they would take the ad down. I included specific sections from the ACCC website, such as: "It makes no difference whether the business intended to mislead you or not. If the overall impression left by a business’s advertisement, promotion, quotation, statement or other representation creates a misleading impression in your mindsuch as to the price, value or the quality of any goods and servicesthen the behaviour is likely to breach the law." I sent links to Google Support which show how to take an ad down (which may take 12-24 hours to take effect) and called them out for being deceitful / misleading me. I asked again for them to honour the deal in their ad. Fri, 6 March: They close my query with no further response.

....yet, I am on their mailing list and get emails with better offers than they initially offered to me. If they honoured their deal, they may have swayed me away from Venom Protein, but this experience convinced me that Venom is not only better value, but better service.

Been using BlackBelt for a while now and always solid. WPI is clean, mixes easy, no bloating. Chocolate tastes good without being overly sweet. Good value for money compared to other brands. Delivery’s been quick every time. Also using their creatine is simple, no issues. Will keep buying.

3rd time coming back in 5 weeks. Best company on the market, best prices. I’ll definitely keep coming back. Glazed doughnuts is my fave protein power of all time

I have been using Black Belt Protein for about 3 years. The price is well below similar products and the company is Australian. The flavours are great and the service and delivery have always been great. Totally recommended.

I really wanted to love this protein powder because the macros and protein content are genuinely great, but the flavour was really disappointing for me. a nice hazelnut scent, but the actual taste is extremely weak and mostly just tastes like a very mild chocolate protein.

I even mixed it with 300ml milk and 300ml water to try and get the full flavour experience, and I could honestly taste the milk more than the protein powder itself.

To make it enjoyable, I’ve had to start adding cocoa/cacao powder for extra flavour, which kind of defeats the purpose of buying a flavoured protein in the first place.

It mixes fine and the macros are excellent, but if you’re buying this mainly for the choc hazelnut flavour, just be aware it’s very subtle.

I would not buy from Black Belt Protein. 17 days to delivery and poor Communication, followed by hollow apologies.

This is my go to brand for protein. I mainly get vanilla for my breakfast yoghurt, but I also love protella and glazed donut. Would love to see caramelised biscuit!!

After reading through all the specials online shops were offering, it worked out by far Black Belt Protein had the best prices and product without the specials. Lots of information on their site. I'm taking their product to lower my cholesterol. Protein content is excellent. Great range and easy to navigate. Took me days of reading and comparing heaps of sites.

The WPC dissolves nice and easy, and tastes great. The price is reasonable, but always worth comparing to the latest offers for alternative WPC.
