Karissa served me and she was so knowledgeable about everything she recommended me. So kind and polite. I’m new to supplements and she was so supportive and made me feel at home. I could not recommend her or the store enough.
The team at Elite MacArthur were incredible! It was Jamie and I forgot the name of the lovely lady who worked that day too and helped me with the Creatine option sorry! She did tell me and I forgot. My son has started lifting weight to gain some mass and muscle tone.Staff was very helpful and gave me some good advice and suggestions for him.He started using Emerald labs Lean Gainer and loves it as it is easy on the gut and has no fillers. Another reply stating they stand by that they can’t help me as it’s damage due to transit/courier. So a $70 purchase not usable on receipt and no customer service at all to help their customer.
So beware- if you don’t add EXTRA insurance they won’t take responsibility for anything or provide any type of service to their customers. I will never order from here again.

They ignored the substance of my complaint: that the product listing as a whole was misleading. They refused to provide a refund, replacement, or exchange, then closed the matter and refused further correspondence.

Received Emerald Labs Ashwagandha Gummies in unusable condition — melted, clumped, covered in white residue, and not fit for consumption. I contacted Elite Supps with photos and a clear refund request, but was given a generic excuse and no remedy. Products should arrive in acceptable condition, and this one didn’t. Disappointing experience.
Ordered a sauce from Elite Supps that arrived leaking due to a broken seal. The parcel itself wasn’t damaged and sauce had leaked inside the bag. Had a really positive experience with the team member on shift, I believe his name was Deklan. Really helpful pointed out a few good options and the one I chose was really great. He had a tower of pre workout set up as well and let me know the water to scoop ratio, which helps me gauge the realistic expectations when buying. I thought I was doing the right thing by buying local in Albany. Big mistake! Short version: I was overcharged for the basic product I now buy at *half the price* at the local supermarket. Staff lacked product knowledge. Manager was very rude and immature when I queried the receipt amount versus the higher amount debited from my bank account. I don't recommend wasting your time, money or energy dealing with these people.

I recently made a purchase and acquired some Creatine Monohydrate, and based on the direct questions I made to the sales person... "Is this a gimmick based on the claims?". And as a result, I decided to give it a go and make a purchase on the presumption upon perhaps a placebo noting that the product sold had higher absorption compared to other brands. The price difference was subject and decided to give it a try.
[Product/Service] These stores are franchises, and there are many of them around the country, each of them more or less the same and generally competitively priced while stocking specialised products that normally don't appear in supermarkets or chemists.
[Package] Though their specialty is supplementation and they also have a small product range in store and online for transparent, hot and cold shakers, thermal flask-type bottles that will meet any demands gym goers or those wanting something a little more versatile.
The downside is that they only specialise in these types of products, it would be interesting to see if they can also expand into other niche markets, a kind of one-stop shop, e.g. gym meals, personal coaching, gym equipment, loyalty programs both online and instore. Other things like price guarantees, if a customer sees a product in another non-elite supplements store and can beat the price upon an evidence-based approach...
For those wanting a specialised user experience, would enjoy the multitude of benefits if all of their needs can be served in one packaged or tailored service.

Though I would rate this higher, if they would expand their business modelling to include some of the other suggestions in this review.

Had a great experience on the 9/09 at around 3pm, Raph at Mt Gravatt, Qld store inside garden city was so great! Super helpful and nice and even gave us free samples of a new pre workout with hella caffine to try, helped educate on formulas in some pre workouts. 10/10 Show reply
