Booked app online to get tyres replaced for >$1K. Didn't get a confirmation text. When we called the booking was somehow in someone else's name and number (but still had our credit card number attached to the booking). Cancelled the appointment and over a week later stil waiting for refund. Believe we may have been scammed. Do not trust.

If you want your car driven like it was stolen and trash your transmission then look no further. I watched a young employee reverse out of their workshop like a lunatic, then proceeded to take off to spin the wheels only to stop 20m ahead to reverse park. I had tyres fitted there a month ago, never again. If your vehicle gets treated like this driving it out, I can only imagine what he’d do in the workshop. Show details

Had two wheels that wouldn't balance up they were buckled so I ordered & paid for OEM wheels for my 20yr old ???? car in January 2026. No problems they will coming from overseas 6-8 weeks.. 2 moths later I called & the wheels were placed on backorder. TMart Long Life Tyre Plan my tyres required rotating but no go with 2 wheels buckled, I so needed the new wheels. Contacted the dealer & was informed ETA on the wheels was April 30th. Rang Pooker let him know ETA for wheels so we could rotate tyres. May 11 Heard nothing so I rang dealer "oh sorry they have been discontinued."--ANGRY AS!!! At no time did the dealer contact me, service was "ZERO"... So called Pooker at Bob Jane he said he would fix it if I came in. He did just that at with a very good price on some new Auscar mags & not much more cost than the OEM wheels refund. Even fitted my near new Michelin tyres to them. I am One Extremely Happy Pensioner......They work hard to please their Customers like me!! Thank you Pooker & Bob Jane Moonah--"The Hero!!!"

me once they arrived. When I took the car in, the team ran into a major roadblock—one of the wheel nuts was extremely tight and had rusted.

This is where Kaan and his team really shined. Instead of giving up, they made numerous attempts and successfully removed the nut. I am incredibly appreciative of their persistence.

Because the car is lowered, they couldn't complete the wheel alignment on-site. Kaan proactively booked a next-morning appointment for us at Bob Jane Castle Hill, who also did a great job.

To top it all off, Kaan called me today just to follow up and ensure everything went smoothly with the wheel alignment at Castle Hill. This level of after-service and duty of care is rare and shows truly great service. Both the Blacktown and Castle Hill teams are fantastic, and their staff are first-class.

I had a terrible experience with this joint yesterday. I came in for the regular tyre rotation for my Tesla model 3. All was done in about 1.5 hours which was great, but when I picked up my car and was driving back I knew something terrible has gone wrong. The car break system went out of control and I was lucky didn’t crash on the Monash highway. I have driven my Tesla for almost 50k and I never had an issue with it like this. ( I know there are a lot of Tesla haters out there. But this had nothing to do with the car system) And what ever that happend was to do with the tire rotation these people did. I careful drove back to the shop and I said to the guy, ‘what have you done with my Tesla’ the whole system had gone crazy! His immediate reaction was “I hate Teslas”. I turned around and I said to him “I love Teslas” and what ever that happened was what ever you did. And he was getting agitated and told me that I was having a go at him. I found it very unprofessional behaviour given what I experienced due to their incompetency of service and lack of knowledge with Teslas. Anyway I had a chat with their manager and he did say they had a similar issue with a TESLA couple of years ago and they will see what could be done. I said to him I was disappointed in them and won’t trust them anymore. However after many testing and waiting the guy managed to fix whatever he stuffed up before. All in all I never had a word of “I am sorry” from anyone of them. Disgusting how people haven’t got the balls to own up to a mistake and apologies for it. I will never go there or recommend anyone with a Tesla to go there.

Had an emergency puncture while travelling, I waited in the carpark for the shop to open . As soon as they opened , the Bob Jane crew repaired it straight away ( within an hour, without a booking) and we were on our way Couldn't be happier Thank you Show reply

Absolutely disgraceful service. Booked online and was told they would call to confirm appointment. They didn’t. After waiting hour & 20 minutes came up and told me they would be starting the 15 minute service soon. Time management is disgraceful. Why bother with appointments if you aren’t going to stick to them.
