Not good at all tyre dont fit in spare wheel arch its left loose in my boot.when i went in store the bloke asked me what i expeced. Just had a set of Pirelli Scorpion MS 255/40R20 101W tyres fitted to my Mercedes-Benz GLA AMG and I’m extremely happy with them so far. I purchased them through Bob Jane T-Marts Belmont, and the experience was made even better by Robert Simpson, who was managing the store at the time but normally manages the Armadale store.
Robert was absolutely outstanding to deal with — helpful, honest, genuine and clearly focused on making sure I got the right tyre and the right deal, without any pressure or unnecessary sales talk.
His customer service was honestly that good that I would travel out of my way just to deal with Robert again. It’s rare to come across someone who makes the whole experience this easy and actually takes the time to look after the customer properly.
10/10 customer service from Robert Simpson and 5/5 for the Pirelli Scorpion MS tyres. Highly recommended.

Their online experience was easy to use, informative and hassle free from deciding which tyres best suited through to purchasing and booking. They called to confirm the booking first thing the next morning. All the staff at Elizabeth bob jane are all ways awesome to deal with I’ve been going there for 5+ years. On Saturday I got them just to check over the car in preparation for taking it roll racing that night and I had noticed a slight variation when at 110 k’s and the wheel alignment was drifting slightly off to the right The car now drives perfectly and smoothly and straight down the road after they did their work. Great sevice, friendly staff. Got a good deal on Bridgestone A/T tyres. Having only recently purchased the car, it was missing a lock nut socket and a nut on the (back door) spare wheel. It was all sorted out and good as new in no time. - Definitely Recommended! Show reply

Had a scare yesterday when I noticed what I thought was a tyre puncture. Brought it in to Bob Jane T-Mart and the team inspected it properly — turned out to be a screw embedded in the tread that was too short to actually pierce through and cause a leak. talked me into a new tyre, but instead they told me straight that nothing needed fixing and didn’t charge me a single dollar. That kind of integrity is rare these days.

with the values and and tyres dust was all over the rims. Was told they don't need match up that now. Back tyre went flat within a day. Was told the Tyre not fitted correctly and noticed 2 chalk marks on tyres wall there it was pinching. Was told by the manager they don't wipe the rims as it not in their training and haven't got time. If someone spends over $1500, 2 minutes to wipe the dust off the rims is a good sign to customers that they care. As for the the yellow dots matching it up with the valve you can use less weights
Follow-up · Haven't been back as Head Office couldn't be bothered to reply to me after I sent in the requested info. If Head Office Haven't got time time to reply and the Essendon Branch Haven't got time to as they ase so busy, then it's time to go elsewhere. A family member to me to go elsewhere but I didn't I will now. One ex customer turns into 5 plus all their families and friends. I was in the service business and I know what can happen.
Follow-up · 12 months on, No reply. Got my second car (Hyundai) all new tyres as they were getting low on tread. Bugger me no wheel alignment as I didn’t ask for it. Customer care non existent. Bob Jane at Taylors Lakes Care about there reputation not like Essendon.

My elderly father needed a new tyre for his small truck which was badly damaged. We had a cheaper price for a tyre they didn't stock. We spoke with Winston and not only did he match the price, he bettered the price we had. He also called back and advised we change the tyre next to it. Winston, Alex and Sammy provide exceptional customer care and service. As well as this, the premises are spotless, the toilet immaculate and lovely beverages supplied. I grew up watching Bob Jane and his ads, it is reassuring that his son has continued on the family run business. Don't waste your time going anywhere else, and don't believe any review that leaves one star as it is simply not possible or plausible to rate a business like this with less than 5 stars. Thank you for helping my dad.

I had a puncture repaired at Bob Jane Adelaide City and initially thought the issue had been resolved. However, just two days later, my car again displayed a low tyre pressure warning for the exact same tyre. continued, so I decided to take the car to another tyre repairer for a second opinion. They found that the original puncture repair had not been done properly and had to repair the tyre again.
Very disappointing experience. Not only was the puncture repair apparently unsuccessful, but after my son returned with the same issue, he was reassured that there was nothing wrong. I would have expected a more thorough inspection and a proper resolution, particularly when the problem reappeared so soon after the original repair.

Booked app online to get tyres replaced for >$1K. Didn't get a confirmation text. When we called the booking was somehow in someone else's name and number (but still had our credit card number attached to the booking). Cancelled the appointment and over a week later stil waiting for refund. Believe we may have been scammed. Do not trust.

If you want your car driven like it was stolen and trash your transmission then look no further. I watched a young employee reverse out of their workshop like a lunatic, then proceeded to take off to spin the wheels only to stop 20m ahead to reverse park. I had tyres fitted there a month ago, never again. If your vehicle gets treated like this driving it out, I can only imagine what he’d do in the workshop. Show details

friendly staff. Frank the shop manager was fantastic and made me feel very welcome, he fit me in at short notice as well as going through in detail the options on the All terrains i needed for my 4x4, great price AND had tyres in stock as well as being able to fix a puncture in my spare. Laura/Lauren?? (Sorry) i think the workshop manager did my alignment and was very knowledgeable and she explained everything in detail. Was awesome to see how well she ran her team as well as doing alignments highly reccomend she definitely knows her stuff and genuinely friendly to boot (had a great chat about our navaras). Overall extremely happy with the service. Will definitely be back!
