Poor Delivery service from hunter express.....recommend not using there courier...4 messages that delivery was happening on the day the on saying they run out of time ....one tracking emails showed then less that a KM away......???

Ramp is perfect for our short aging arthritic dog – I purchased this ramp to use for one of our dogs to get down to ground level from our deck. Harry has bad arthritis and struggles to get down the stairs. This ramp is perfect for the job and both of our dogs learnt to use it very quickly. Show reply

Despite assurances that the missing parts would be sent, the supplier could not confirm a delivery timeframe to Australia. As of February 2026, their only proposed solution is to send a full replacement. This requires us to: • De-install the original ramp • Re-install the replacement • Package and return the faulty unit All at our own cost. Customer service throughout this process has been poor. Communication has been reactive, with no proactive updates or accountability. Needless to say we are disappointed, especially given the impact on our timelines, budget, and community safety. I am beyond disappointed with Ramp Champ. They promise you the world but deliver absolutely nothing. I placed my order on the 8th of October, and by 1st December—still no delivery. I have called SEVEN times, and every single time I’m transferred to an overseas operator who reads the same script: “Sorry for the delay, it will arrive on a certain… Read more

Try calling their “service desk”—you get three menu options and then a voicemail that endlessly repeats, “Sorry, we are unable to take your call, please call later.” I left my order number and my phone number. No one ever called me back.
I’m sure I’ll get the same generic apology email they send to everyone, but after this experience, it means nothing. This seems to be a pattern with them—lots of excuses, no action.
DO NOT SHOP HERE. We run a support services company with aged care and NDIS clients who rely heavily on ramps and accessibility equipment. Ramp Champ has proven completely unreliable, unprofessional, and frankly not worth the risk.
They will NEVER receive another call or order from us again.

Very disappointed with the service from Ramp Champ 4th July it was estimated it would be delivered mid August. I called them at the end of September and was told it will be shipped the next day which was Tuesday 30th September I just got an email from Australia Post to say I have a tracking number not that it has been picked up so that’s 3 days after they said it would be picked up.
