Worst experience ever. Not only was I shipped incorrect parts! the kit was incomplete and wouldn’t fit without further purchases that 100% should come in the kit. To be certain of this I contacted the supplier directly and was advised 100% the parts are part of the kit. Be careful people. Misleading sales at its best.

Ordered a lift kit for my son’s first car. Arrived quickly and was exactly as stated on EBay. For some reason the strut inserts were incompatible (likely change of model mid year) and had to be returned which was an easy no fuss process. My installer advised I paid less than he could buy the kit for from his supplier. Show reply
Suspension package was as described, and couldn’t beat the price, staff were very helpful and communication was excellent, delivery was extremely fast. Highly recommend and will not hesitate to shop with again, very satisfied.

Product 2 rear engine mounts for a toyota coaster arrived on time and superspares comunicated well and also followed up to see if parts were correct. A very good ebay seller. Would recommend.

Easy purchase of vehicle parts (via the superspares Ebay store). Items as described, excellent price, communication and postage. Items were also a good quality brand name as advertised - and not a "knock off cheap replacement". Would happily utilise their store again.

Seller delays: Reported fault 27 Dec with video evidence. Seller delayed 5+ weeks with repeated "under review" responses, deliberately stalling until eBay's 30-day return window expired, then declined return.
False claims: Seller claimed listing "clearly states screen required" - neither eBay listing nor their own website mention any such requirement. Provable lie.
Refund refused: Offers only conditional "inspection" with "no guarantee" of refund or timeline. After 5+ weeks of delays and false statements, cannot trust seller to process fairly.
Outcome: Still fighting to recover $755.95.
eBay feedback removed: Posted factual review on eBay - seller had it removed despite no policy violations. Pattern of suppressing legitimate complaints.
Avoid this seller. If you receive faulty goods, expect delays, false excuses, and refusal to honor Australian Consumer Law obligations.
Sell cheap parts say 3 year warranty part fails in 2 years then they say you over tightened it so why didnt it leak straight away if i over tightened it been a mechanic for 30 years never have I dealt with a bunch of lowlifes that sell parts and dont warrant the parts because they think they know best when they have never worked on a car in there… Read more
