Myriam from Customer Service was kind enough to reach out and was not only interested in finding out the batch number of the bra and other details so that she could follow it up, but Myriam also very kindly replaced the bra for me.
In times of cost of living crisis, this kind of follow-up by Myriam is to be applauded and I am extremely grateful.
My new bra is Boody's Full Bust Wireless Bamboo FreeMesh in Fig. The colour is gorgeous and the material is soft and very comfortable.
This is a completely different type of bamboo product from Boody, so it's good to know that Boody use several types of bamboo. Myriam is extremely knowledgeable and helpful.
I recommend Boody to anyone who wants to go to breathable, comfort, with a luxury feel. Be it underwear, Sox, PJ’s or lounge wear, the feel is just so smooth and soft. underwear. The Boody underwear that I have had for several years was given to me and did not come with all this garbage. Boody offers a 15% off online coupon if you sign up to get all their emails. I did so. However, no coupon code appeared. Most sites that offer this type of thing give you the coupon code immediately so you can use it when you check out. I contacted the company and did not complete my order the first time because I was hoping I would get the discount code. They contacted me the next day with a coupon code but when I went to apply it, the order page locked up and I was unable to complete the order so I deleted it and started over. However, even after entering the coupon code that I was sent, absolutely nothing happened and I was charged full price. I contacted customer service again and they did absolutely nothing. Why don't you just try refunding me the 15% you promised me? In addition to that, when I received the underwear each individual pair of underwear came with a sewn-in completely irritating plastic / nylon tag in the back. The instructions on this little tag say that all you have to do is gently stretch the waistband and you can just pull the thread out with your fingers. Nope. I spent half an hour with a stitch picker getting the tags out of 10 pairs of underwear. These didn't come with the pairs that I was given several years ago so this must be some new stupidity they thought up, and it's redundant because the same information is stamped directly on to the inside have the panties. Plus, each pair of panties has a cardboard tag on it with a barcode. The same barcode appears on the non recyclable plastic packaging that each pair of panties came with. The packaging says it's biodegradable. Yet more green washing! In order for this material to biodegrade it has to sit out in the sun and rain for about 6 months. And the plastic barcode label that is stuck to the packaging does not biodegrade. Is anyone actually attempting to biodegrade this Packaging? I doubt it. Just more crap in the landfill, along with the cardboard tags which I threw into my wood stove. And, of course, each cardboard tag is attached with yet more plastic. I'm really not impressed Boody. All that said I will probably buy this underwear in the future because I really like the material and it's very comfortable, but please stop greenwashing. Your marketing department must know that 99.99% of people are going to just throw all the packaging into the landfill, so whatever brightspark at your company thought that it was a great idea to put something in "biodegradable" packaging, think again. (I am a Master Recycler in two states. Yes, there is actually a course where we are taught about this type of green washing.) #4 film plastic IS recyclable at most grocery stores in those states/ countries that actually care about the environment. In conclusion, while I do like your underwear, your marketing and customer service are subpar.

received my exchange, it was wrong item in the wrong size I requested and wrong colour. I contacted customer support, who were very apologetic about the mix up and can honestly say all was investigated and taken care of within 1 hour. Follow-up · These pants have worn extremely well. The fabrics still feels so soft, they are honestly my favourite pair of pants. I wash on a normal 'warm' cycle and tumble dry them on medium heat and they still look and feel like when I bought them. No pilling either!

me to fill in and online form and you've sent me for emails refusing to call me. So the bra that's meant to have the padding sewn in isn't even and isn't sown on one breast so that padding ends up in a ball that you have to try and straighten out without the benefit of a hole in the side to help manoeuvre the padding to get it straight it's a 15 minute nightmare every time I wash it so I would suggest not buying it all the bras I've tried have been to quite bad the sizing is way off booty stick to underwear you're out of your league with bras and perhaps splash out and buy a phone for that customer service centre you've got you know for customer support.

slowly changing over, I’ve thrown nearly all my underwear out as I’m replacing it all with Boody. But so many positive reviews online had to be some indication?! Once my new underwear & crop tops arrived for me to try on, I finally felt comfortable for the first time in way too many years!! Boody products are soft, stretchy & supportive in all the places they need to be for every individual. thin, itchy, and irritating. The seam is stitched facing inwards with a small course lip edge (not sewn completely flat). It's left a sore impression/irritation line around my leg/groin/butt lines (again, they're NOT even tight). And they do still ride up a bit into a wedgy despite being the fullest coverage briefs I could find (and theres no way I could order a smaller size to prevent the back riding up). They don't sit as far down on the leg as pictured on the website.. the width from the bottom leg seam to the top waist seam doesn't seem anywhere near as wide as pictured (and they're labelled as the full-coverage briefs). Also, not sure what the tags are made out of (feels plastic?) but they're also super irritating (and huge) and would need to be cut- off which usually just leaves an itchy tag-edge and/ or compromises the seam strength. I feel so disappointed, I ordered 4 pairs with super high hopes. I just wish more underwear made the legline seam a little lower-cut and a little thicker/softer/ flatter.. instead of "sharp" and thin. The thick waistline seam is amazing and comfy. And I did like the t-shirt bra for the few minutes I tried it on for. But all- in- all I feel like I wasted my money. I haven't opened the other 3 packs at all and am hoping for a refund.

I was delighted to hear today that Boody have sent me the missing item plus a bonus pair of socks.
