Yes, the brass is solid but the shower head workmanship is not great. The water holes shoot water in different directions making the shower head look cheap when turned on. The water flow is not directed in one area and I have a few odd strands of water shooting on the shower glass and tiles instead of on me! The photo is hard to see but have a… Read more

look...I have two shower heads opposite each other and they both shoot water in silly directions.

These shower heads were especially made in the organic brass for us with a 12-14week lead time.

Product is expensive as Australian made, but about the same as cheap overseas made product no better. Shower head just broke off on $200+ shower head. Neck on another hand spray does not hold for long, keeps dropping. Service and warranty not responsive and avoid you. Don't buy these products, quality just cheap and average.

Brodware taps and service has been excellent – Some years back I did a full house wet-area makeover, replacing all our taps in two bathrooms (one with a bath and shower), a laundry, and a toilet handbasin. I selected high-end Brodware WINSLOW taps even though I had not heard of Brodware before and must admit that I was concerned about making such a major commitment to products from a company I… Read more

didn't know, albeit it was an Australian company. However, I have come to love and trust Brodware.

The Brodware WINSLOW taps are solid, high-quality units and arrived well packaged, as you would expect from a premium product. The units have all performed perfectly over the years with the only exception being one minor issue where an uncontrollable drip occurred in a shower unit. Brodware backed its warranty commitments to address this issue in a highly professional manner. Their Technical Customer Service Associate, Chris Lipman, was easy to deal with, respectful, customer-focussed and responsive. Replacement parts to correct the issue were identified, immediatley sent to me, and did correct the issue. You can't ask for more than that and it seems to me that such service is a rare thing to find in the current marketplace.

In short, I highly recommend Brodware and I'm pleased to say that in my experience Brodware is a premium, Australian manufacturer.

Dreadful poor value – Very long lead time, arrogant customer service, and misleading communications. Avoid at all costs.

Brodware ruined my art deco project – Before I placed an order with e &s armadale for Brodware taps and other products I called Brodware to enquire about their bright black finish. I said I was looking for the same gloss black finish as gessi venti 20 range. I was not told that the finish was not gloss black. In fact the representative referred to it as gloss black a number of times. … Read more

It’s in fact a bronze black mirror type finish. Nothing like a gloss black. The hand held shower was provided and its finish was rose gold bronze. They refuse to replace my order. I’m never using Brodware again Appalling service appalling product and appalling quality. Giving Australian made a bad name. They are trying to sell knobs and cabinet hardware at absolutely stupid prices. I think this company is destined to collapse. I predict that it will it’s all round a bad experience dealing with this company and it’s representatives

Faulty tapware – We chose Brodware tapware as it's an Australian company. The tap in the bathroom has dripped from the very beginning. The internal cassette has been replaced twice. It still leaks. The waterfall showerhead leaks cold water when the hand-held shower is being used. 25% failure on taps and 100% failure on waterfall shower heads. Cannot recommend.

Nice quality and looks, but overpriced – The quality is pretty good and the range of finishes is nice. Probably a bit on the more pricy side..wouldn’t buy again as there is not a big difference. Also several of the packages had screws missing which was a pain.

Excellent Product – We had our bathroom renovation done 10 months ago. We got the City Plus Brushed Copper PVD range, and the quality is outstanding. Yes, it was slightly harder for the plumber to install but you cannot compare the quality and design with other taps in the market.

Rubbish – Looks good but that’s about it. After spending 20k on items!! The water flow I put in my house was the best of the best, 31mm piping with twin pumps only to find that the tap ware which is from Brodware, has a flow restriction. The pressure is absolute crap, you could piss more out. So far 3 out of my 18 items has had leaking fittings.

Looks good but very disappointed installation kit – Purchased 3 Nano bar toilet roll holders. Looks like a high quality product but came with two 40mm 6 gauge skews with two 40mm plugs. The main bar is supported by a 30mm internal sleeve leaving only 10mm left to go into the plug. Not adequate for the task and required a hardware trip to replace with 50mm 8 gauge. Also 2 out of the three boxes were missing the alum key.

Exceptional products and customer service! – Do yourself and your home a favour with high quality, stylish tapware and fittings designed and produced to a very high standard here in Australia! We have four (edit: five!) of the excellent Winslow series tapsets as well as a showerhead. Installed 2014 and the plumber then commented on how noticeable the quality of products is compared to… Read more

cheap Chinese rubbish that is so commonly used. Just a couple of small issues 7 years later, one related to our use of tank water. All covered by warranty, quickly and without question or complication. Cannot fault this company nor its products.

Excellent longevity and customer service – Bought their Michelangelo range 4 years ago for a well-used bathroom and every single piece still looks perfect. The one small issue I had (well out of warranty) was replaced the next day, free of charge, posted to my door and with no questions asked. Admirable after sales service!

Good taps but some accessories not good – Edit: after 3 years, the taps still perform very well, and look very well made. We've got their taps throughout the house now. They perform fine and the looks are great. They are heavy good quality kit. Best of all these are manufactured locally here in Sydney, so we're supporting jobs. The City Stik taps, and Mahattan double kitchen tap look the… Read more

part and add some glamour to the place. Don't buy the toilet roll holder/double toilet roll holder that has the single arm sitting out. If you need a towel holder, buy one that has the bracket at both ends. They can still be cut to size. With the single bracket ones with a cantilever arm, the arm is held level by a little grub screw. End result: the arm on ours has started to sag down as the grub screw moves slightly. We've got two of these. While they look great, once the arm slides down at a 20 degree angle, it is not a good look. Other than this, the quality is very good and we'd certainly buy more of their taps.

Outstanding!!! – This are the most beautiful period style tapware l have ever seen. I could not believe the quality of the product when it arrived. Spoke direct to Brodware for advice and they were so helpful. I absolutely love this product and Aussie owned to boot. Buy, buy, buy Aussie products people and keep companies like Brodware here. It's not just a brand, it's quality. If you can't afford it, save up or go without something else, you won't regret it.
