There was a definite improvement in weight loss with the pro define and regular exercise as part of eating moderately healthily too. The quality product manufactured here gives me confidence in the product and trust that every component of the protein powder is there for a reason.

Wpi bannana and honey mixes well and tastes great not as heavy on the stomach as other proteins so can up the grams per serve abit. Also tried the blueberry hydralytes they were great aswell not as sweet tasting as some brands which I prefer. Show reply

The NIGHT 85 is the perfect protein as we sleep, again stopping the body robbing the muscles. I've been a using True Protein now for at least 3yrs and have no complaints at all. The different flavours the ease of dissolving and options of quality has been great plus knowing its from NZ as an X-Kiwi helps. I've used it in cooking and can only thoroughly recommend it. Show reply

Very basic flavours nothing much to rave about and horrible in oats won’t buy again

Overpriced. Every few months the price increases again and again. No scoop, terrible constantly delayed deliveries, bags ziplock never works, sometimes send wrong product and some of their products don’t mix well. They really should be cheaper as there are far better cheaper alternatives out there now. True Protein has lost its way over the years, which is possibly why all their sponsored fitness athletes have left them in droves.

I love that the collagen hot chocolate is dairy free. It is very expensive though so I wish it was cheaper

I have been using True Creatine for over a year and I have observed muscle growth and help with cognitive function, especially in the morning. I take the ZMA about 30 minutes before bed, and it helps my body settle into sleep. I like the pineapple flavour as well.

I have always loved the WPI 90 protein powder in natural. I use it for protein shakes which only require 150ml of water or I use it for baking protein cookies. I love the chocolate protein shakes as well. Really handy to have for those days where you can't seem to get enough protein in and a great alternative to other protein shakes that are full of ingredients that don't gel well with your gut. I am almost 60 years of age and have been training for over 40 years . In that time I've seen so many supplements come and go and most have that many ingredients you need a science degree to work out what's in them . Then only be further let down by the taste and gas related side effects. True protein is a game changing for me .
