Jan is an absolute pleasure to deal with. Polite courteous and responsive. It is a very long time since I have experienced such excellent service. Jan knows a great deal and takes the time to explain what he intends to do and the cost, with a seniors discount. My very old 1999 TV antenna was replaced with a brand new one as well as the cables etc inside. All done professionally, promptly and with minimal fuss. I have no hesitation at all in recommending Jan.

Canberra Antennas is a locally owned business (not a franchise) and the young man who runs it is polite, fit (he works quickly!), and very experienced at this point of time. We are a retired couple who needed to replace an old and inefficient TV antenna. We wanted all the channels, all the time! As new channels and high definition came along, our old antenna became restricted to certain channels that had reliable reception. To be honest I looked at reviews of antenna installers and Canberra Antennas had just about the best reviews - and here is another one! Jan (pronounced yahn) is super polite, impeccably groomed, and installed a new antenna, complete re-cabling of the whole house to wall points, and tested the new reception at both TVs - and disposed of the old cable and antenna. He did all this in about 90 minutes, and gave us the 10% seniors discount. We now have every channel, anytime of the day, in all weather conditions. Very highly recommended!
