received had noticeably dulled and altered colours compared with the original photo.

When I contacted customer service to request a refund, I was advised that they could not provide a direct colour match due to the products/materials they use. I was offered a reprint instead, but was also told that they could not guarantee that the replacement would be of the same quality.

After numerous emails without a satisfactory resolution, I attempted to contact the company by phone. Unfortunately, no one answered. I left five voicemails and did not receive a single return call.

Based on this experience, I will be returning to Vistaprint, where I have previously found the materials to be of better quality and the printed results to be much closer to the original photographs provided.

In summary:

* Customer service: 0/10 * Print quality: 0/10 * Communication: 0/10 * Overall experience: A complete waste of time, money and effort.

I am extremely disappointed with the product and, even more so, with the lack of customer service and effort to resolve the issue. I would not recommend The Canvas Factory to anyone looking for a quality canvas print or reliable customer service.

I purchased two large prints that I hoped to keep as per the original photos so requested no editing. During the purchasing process, the photos appeared clear and the files appeared as per photos. I will not be using them again and have nothing good to report to others concerning their customer service and post purchase support.

I did wonder how my large 130cm x 60cm canvas print would arrive safely. But it was well packed and arrived promptly with tracking. The team were not happy with the quality of my photo , but I loved the shot, didn't have an alternative and asked them to go ahead anyway. Very happy I did, I love it. I had a terrific experience. They sent me emails to check I’d be ok with the print view, they were not totally happy with the way it was going to turn out but I was fine with it. were honestly fantastic to deal with, and purchasing online can always make me feel insecure but they put me at ease and made the whole process very easy and reassuring. So impressed with them. 2 months and no print or refund! Avoid! They kept replying with they are looking into it. Now that I have requested my money back in 3 emails they have stopped replying at all. 270 dollars gone missing. Scam!!

One part of the order arrived fairly quick. The second part still hasn’t arrived. Postage extremely slow resulting in the parcel not arriving for Christmas, which is very disappointing. Asked to change address as it hadn’t been posted and wasn’t followed through.

You get what you pay for. Cheaper than some other options, but the quality is not high. The ink is thick and smooth/glossy, kind of defeating the purpose of printing on canvas. saving compared to more professional printers IMO. This print doesn't even compare to the professional prints I have. It's worth spending more if you are serious about your images.

One of the best companies I have ever dealt with. Customer service 10 out of 10. Very professional and courteous. They kept me informed of what was happening, asking if this was ok or that was ok. I would thoroughly recommend the canvas factory. The print quality is excellent as was the advice about getting the correct size and quality of the pixels from my photos.the ordering process was good and the delivery was faster than I expected. They arrived in perfect condition. I also had a credit from 3 years ago which they honoured and had on file, which made the process even better.

Initial hiccup, but very happy outcome – Initial canvas was not a quality product, however they were quick to offer a replacement which was processed same day and despite a holiday weekend the replacement arrived in under 4 days.
