Cannot contact them – I sent an email with an enquiry I never heard back. Called their phone number and got an automated message asking to send an email. Going around in circles it seems.

So helpful and absolutely perfect shipping and handling and communication. Will be using them again any time I need prints!

I ordered a framed print 600x900 at 9am Monday, it was delivered to my door by 10 am Tuesday. Remarkable! Print quality and framing both excellent. Good advice on site re: making your print ready to print. I lightened it up as advised and it printed excellently.

Every time I have ordered Art prints from Poster Factory I have received them in a short space of time, and have been so happy with the quality! Customer service is also outstanding, with a team member taking the initiative to clarify my needs if, first example, I have uploaded a file with the wrong aspect ratio.
