I wasn’t aware of carbiz until my car was being repaired after someone ran into the back of me. The company made life so easy! They were there when I dropped off my car to be fixed, they didn’t have an electric car on the morning I dropped off mine but later that afternoon had one come back and brought it straight over. After driving it, I found the car too big, so I contacted Carbiz, who were were happy to change the car for a smaller one which was similar in size our own car. Ashleigh delivered the replacement car to our home in torrential rain and was helpful, polite and friendly. The car was in very good condition; Ashleigh noted a couple of small dents/marks and took photos. Ashleigh talked us though the car's features and handled the handover the paperwork efficiently, before taking the Mercedes back to the depot.

The customer service was great. Everyone was friendly and took the time to explain everything clearly, which made the whole process much less stressful. After I had an accident, they organised a replacement car for me within 10 minutes and delivered it to my home just a few hours later. I really appreciated how quickly they sorted everything out. The car was also clean, modern, and almost brand new!
