I had an excellent experience with Carbiz when my car needed to be repaired after someone ran into the back of me. Marissa G and Hazel were very helpful to get things organised without being pushy. The vehicle was waiting for me when I dropped my car off to be fixed and Jake Sazdanovski helped me get through the paperwork quickly. The car provided was good and Jake took it back once I returned to the smash repair place to pick up my repaired car.

William and arian were super quick to drop off the car to me and were so helpful with any information I needed. The hand over couldn’t have been any more smooth. Thank you so much guys!

This company scams insurance companies through people that have had motor accidents.

My two young sons and I were nearly killed by a Mack truck . Car biz contacted me to offer me a not at fault rental to be covered by at fault party within hours . Thought this was amazing . phone requested immediate pick up of the vehicle, speaking as if I had stolen the rental car rather than rented it. Following I lost my job due to no transportation . For 8 months following I was contacted by their lawyer and had to give my permission for myself to go through court to recover the costs for this short lived rental disaster. This all nothing but added to the stress of my life having falling apart . Please do yourself a favour and go elsewhere .
