The best service and best people to work with when you are being done wrong by a stupid driver and when there is no help from your comprehensive insurance. First I thought this is another scam. Yes, this is a for profit business and they do charge for their services from the guilty party. But for the people being stranded with out a vehicle to get by due to someone else's wrong doing, these people are angels. I'm so happy such a service exist. Thank you Right2Drive for looking after us over 3months, while our car being fixed. Pls continue your good service and support the innocent motorists.

Had a great experience with ramy my trainer and the brooke, Nas and sharon the nsw stuff is soo gentle so friendly. My trainer ramy put his full efforts to train me so i got 107 marks out of 109. Just to have Right2Drive ring me up last minute and right before the weekend (car was due in on Monday), and tell me "unfortunately we cannot help you as we were unable to get a hold of the other party or their insurance company." I was NEVER GIVEN any indication they could not assist me!!!!!! How is that my problem at this point! They just dropped it like that with no further assistance, leaving me grappling with what to do for a car when my car was about to go into the shop!! Very weak apologies or fks given by Right2Drive. This is a very unacceptable way to do business. I am an older person who has never or would ever (due to safety) take an Uber anywhere and have had bad experiences with taking a taxi anywhere. To put it bluntly, I am terrified of these methods of transportation. This accident is NOT my fault, nor is the fact that they could not find the guilty party's details. Given my body shop is not very convenient to varied public transportation and no one to rely on, I was very worried and stressed. Would NOT recommend this company!!

Follow-up · The loan car is for however long it takes for your car to be repaired. The only cost is that you return the car with a full tank of fuel (it is full when you receive it). Pick up and drop off is the panel beater where your car is being repaired so very convenient.

Fab! It's taken the smash repairer 3 months to repair my car - didn't know about these guys till 6 weeks in. I've had the car since then - I'd be lost without it & was given a 'like for like' Show 2 replies
Follow-up · Handover process was very easy - arrived at my house for drop off and they collected it from the smash repairers when I collected my car. I did not pay for anything - the other insurer paid for it all. No claims with the right-to-drive vehicle - all handled by others.

representative was marvellous and went out of her way to assist me. Thank you! The car was a late model car and thoroughly clean. Even when I picked up my own car on completion I just handed the keys back to their personnel. Thank you for what has normally been a traumatic event for me!

Can’t say anything good about this company. First was told my application would be approved but had to repeatedly call them to try and find out whats going on, then only to be told my application couldn’t be approved because of my location? I live 15mins from a major North Island city and its to difficult to arrange. 2 weeks of frustration. Very poor customer service. Highly Not Recommended.

Would recommend you use Right2Drive rather than going through your insurance company. Not that I needed it, but if I had an accident in the hire car, there is no excess payable, regardless of being at fault or not. Unlike your insurance company which would charge a huge excess.
