Finally received a chenille bath mat with about half the bobbles it showed in their photos. Mine is so thin. Kmart do a better mat, twice as thick for half the price.

I did a Google search and asked for the best kitchen utensils and this website came up so I trusted it and purchased $200 worth of kitchen utensils. Firstly this is something that they should not be selling as it is not food hygienic. I have contacted the company and very slow to get back to me. All I’m asking for is my money back and I’m happy to go elsewhere and spend doubled the amount than what I’ve spent here.

Very well made product. Great quality and service every time. Better than is photographed which is rare. For bed & sofa throws, this should be your go to …..don’t shop for a cheaper alternative, Casa & Beyond deliver

Received my mandela designer pillow slips i fell inlove with them the buttons on the back add that personal touch to to feelhow soft and supple they are just like picture looks ,only more beautyful to sleep on .I recommend casa and beyond highly if after quality ..

I bought what was described as thick plush faux fur throws. I received cheap poorly made, thin, abysmal quality throws that looked nothing like the photos. False marketing at its worse. I now see they are terrible at refunding and returning goods. I looked at their trust pilot reviews which were high

The merchandise is not the problem, ordering is not the problem, returning the blanket is. I ordered a blanket and though nothing was wrong with it, I didn't like the look of it in my room and wanted to return it. cost to keep it. Big deal. 20%? I don't want the blanket; it doesn't suit me. I complained and they upped the percentage to 45% or $58.49. That means I've lost $71.49 for something I can't use. Never again will I buy outside of Amazon where I can return anything anytime without a penalty.

I first saw the ad for these beautiful blankets on Facebook. At first, I was skeptical, but the reviews seemed very good so I figured I would order one. I was not disappointed!! I just received it yesterday and I was so pleased with the quality and the look! It’s just as beautiful as the picture and it looks so pretty on my bed! I was looking to update my room and this definitely achieved that for me.

The Product received was exactly as Website Picture and of good quality. I did order a King for a Queen bed though.

I love the colors in this gorgeous blanket. I use in summer over a green soft covering. I can use the greener side or flip it and use more orange side. I bought the blue pattern as well. Show reply

Received my gorgeous rustic boho blanket this morning. It was at the door when I went for a walk at 5.15am. Someone started work early! It's just gorgeous and i cant decide which side i love more. Absolutely in love with my boho bedding, it was meant for the camper but it ended up inside, so will be purchasing more.

Paid $70 for a bath mat and received a very poor-quality product that was thin enough to see the backing through it. Customer service has been terrible—emails ignored, refund requests avoided, and after one reply they stopped responding altogether. I feel completely ripped off and would not recommend this company to anyone.

watch so I’m thinking of ordering one for the back of my loveseat. I’m actually surprised how well this cover stays in place. Before I sat on a quilt & I was forever rearranging it. I’m a very happy shopper! My order came safely & quickly!

sleeves too short was not 'faulty'. The emails were very polite - excellent English. The associate then told me that they would accept returns but I had to send it to their 'International Returns' in China! I'm guessing international postage on that, even though the parcel was sent from a local address (Regents Park NSW). One of those 'easy Returns but you're gonna pay dearly for it'! I'm very disappointed because I'm very happy to pay return postage as I shop online all the time and accept those costs as a natural part of doing business.
