Firstly this is something that they should not be selling as it is not food hygienic. I have contacted the company and very slow to get back to me. All I’m asking for is my money back and I’m happy to go elsewhere and spend doubled the amount than what I’ve spent here.

Received my mandela designer pillow slips i fell inlove with them the buttons on the back add that personal touch to to feelhow soft and supple they are just like picture looks ,only more beautyful to sleep on .I recommend casa and beyond highly if after quality ..

Received my gorgeous rustic boho blanket this morning. It was at the door when I went for a walk at 5.15am. Someone started work early! It's just gorgeous and i cant decide which side i love more. Absolutely in love with my boho bedding, it was meant for the camper but it ended up inside, so will be purchasing more.
Paid $70 for a bath mat and received a very poor-quality product that was thin enough to see the backing through it. Customer service has been terrible—emails ignored, refund requests avoided, and after one reply they stopped responding altogether. I feel completely ripped off and would not recommend this company to anyone.

I was skeptical when I ordered,ordering online scares me especially when its a Facebook add because I have been burned by terrible le products before BUT when I day this is the best blanket I have ever bought I mean it 1000%. I bought the largest size to use as a bed cover and it looks and feels beautiful, it breathes so it so comfortable to sleep with. I am 100% uying another, just cant decide on what pattern I want.

Ordered kitchen utensils and what I received looked nothing like the picture. “Wooden” handle feels cheap and is painted to look like wood grain. The set is ‘on sale’ for $129.99 but nobody would pay that if they put accurate photos in the listing. Addressed it with the company without luck and am now in the process of a chargeback investigation with my bank.

While the pattern looks nice and the cover does the job of protecting the couch, I believe similar products can be found elsewhere for much less money. Based on my experience, I would not purchase this product again and would not recommend it to others looking for a long-lasting couch cover.

The “non-slip” backing also did not perform as advertised, as the cover slid immediately on my leather lounge. I contacted the company promptly, provided photos, and kept the items in their original packaging.
During the PayPal dispute process, Casa & Beyond offered me a 50% refund, which I accepted. However, after the PayPal dispute closed, they refused to honour the offer.
Overall, I found the return process unclear and very frustrating, particularly given the advertising of “free returns” on the website.

sleeves too short was not 'faulty'. The emails were very polite - excellent English. The associate then told me that they would accept returns but I had to send it to their 'International Returns' in China! I'm guessing international postage on that, even though the parcel was sent from a local address (Regents Park NSW). One of those 'easy Returns but you're gonna pay dearly for it'! I'm very disappointed because I'm very happy to pay return postage as I shop online all the time and accept those costs as a natural part of doing business.
Follow-up · The actual fit was reasonable for an Asian guide. No sleeve-length given. The return was going to be international which would have been close enough to the actual robes so I donated them. Will not buy stuff from overseas when fit matters. I would however suggest that perhaps the company might consider making matching shams for each colour of blanket. My bed looks fabulous when ai walk into my bedroom. The recliner covers are as described on the Casa &Beyond site. We are very satisfied. They are soft, fit the chairs well and keep in position and they look nice.
I love my new pet friendly non slip sofa cover. When it arrived I was surprised that the quality was so good. It didn’t take long for it to arrive. I have to say, CASA and Beyond have been very helpful with answering questions in a timely manner, they are very easy to deal with. package sent out straight from China which took some 3 weeks to arrive. The polyester blanket is attractive, but very thin - what luxury quality it was supposed to be could not be found in this product. To add insult to injury I ordered Charcoal Grey and got a white blanket. Could have bought this from Temu or even here in Australia for half the price. On examining the Casa website I discovered that there is no ABN nor any physical address putting Casa and Beyond here in Australia. They market themselves as "Australia's Best Homewares At The Best Prices." They are simply direct importers of Chinese made products at inflated prices.

I eventually emailed zcasa and Beyond to bevtold multiple times that I must not have unsubscribed correctly. Apparently its my fault that their system is 2nd rate.
It was only after I advised that if I continued to receive emails thst I would report them as illegal spamming under the relevant laws to prevent this behaviour that the the emails stopped.
Would never recommend them. Their customer service and attitude is atrocious

I’m another dissatisfied customer. The product purported to be (was titled) ‘thermal curtains’ but was a merely a thin piece of material. And like others here, I have been informed that the returns policy is to send it to China at my own expense. Temple & Webster need to disassociate from this mob. I won’t use either of them again.
Bought some bed spreads from Cassa & Beyond and are no where near the quality shown in the photos, they look terrible and very cheap absolutely not worth the money
