thread had come out - I contacted decorug via their online customer email and to date received NO REPLY WHATSOEVER!!! I contacted my nearby store in Aspley who informed me they can’t help as all stores are franchised so online is the only contact I can use. I have emailed now 4 times and all with no reply! If you try the inquiry line it directs you to the nearest store which is of no use. This is my second rug from decorug and it will now be my last - no customer service at all and won’t spend my money with this company again!!!

received confirmation of my order then crickets. No contact, no communication, I had to follow up excessively myself and was given subpar responses. So they had gladly taken my funds and not provided a product. I'd be understanding if there was some level of communication re delays or whatever had happened but there was nothing. I finally received an offer to follow up after the emails I sent then crickets again. I requested a refund and a refund was supposedly processed. I was told 3 business days by one person, of course no refund arrived in my account. Then another person started responding and sent a googled print screen of time frames to say it was now 10 business days. I'd like to think a business is aware of the refund time frames especially considering the amount of other reviews where people have had to request refunds due to their inability to provide the products they are advertising or to provide any decent level of customer service. You'd think they would especially be aware of refund time frames and provide the correct information. I've lodged a complaint with fair trading and would advise anyone considering buying a rug from this place to steer clear. Within the time I've been stuffed around by them, I have purchased another rug from another company and it was delivered in a couple of days with no issues and with great communication. Now I'm just awaiting my refund from this 'business'. Very unprofessional, disappointing level of communication and no consistency with the very little information provided or who was providing it. Save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere.

a lady approached us, and helped us to pick up vinyl for the kitchen and dining area, and carpets for the bedroom and living area. Three days later, after visiting the premises, we received a quote for the lot, $2329.00. We wanted another quote, as it is prudent to do, so we went down the road to another shop. That experience was something completely "different" starting with "welcome". A week for person to take a measure on Friday midday. No feedback until Wednesday morning when we went back to the shop to ask about the quote. The three people busy on their computers, and the fourth, probably manager in the office. I asked about the quote, and they has a few excuses for not providing it. I asked for quote to be emailed to me, and that was good, because I was sitting when I checked quote: vinyl $2695.00 plus carpet $2150.00! Going back to the service of Trevor's personnel, installer came on time, completed the job a bit earlier than he mentioned when we left him to do the job. To be fair, probably the manufacturer price was the key for double the quote, but person has to ask themselves, what justifies that kind of difference in price. The final conclusion: check Trevor's before going anywhere else. I don't know what people experienced in other Trevor's shops, but Bunbury deserves 5+ mark. Thank you.

significant observable corrosion. The company "reviewed" my photos and would not refund the item, despite Australian consumer law requiring this when a major fault is present. While this was not Baha they are using this courier service when as soon as you google them you can see the overwhelming negative reviews and experiences people have had dealing with Border express so it is really inexcusable for any company that cares about customer service to even contemplate using.

replacement for our rather old bedroom rug. Unfortunately it was too stiff and bunched up underfoot with very little pressure. Having decided it wasn’t going to work, I was willing to return it for something a better. No problem! Return rug at own cost to country of export. This happened to be Europe and return cost was very pricey. At no time was I aware that their rugs are imported from overseas and therefore difficult to exchange. Also, they couldn’t even get my name right, although I had corrected them several times. Do not purchase from them unless you want an incredible return headache and very poor customer service service!
