I recently purchased the Marshmallow Forks and Ember Screen for an existing fire pit. I absolutely love the marshmallow forks, being extendable I can sit back and toast with ease all the while ensuring comfort and safety. These would be great for kids to join in on the fun of a camp fire. The ember screen is a nicely designed contemporary and sturdy product that ensures safety when required.

Topped off our renovation perfectly with the Noosa Wide Letterbox. Couldn’t have picked a better design and colour combo, especially to fit our coastal desert theme. The fact you don’t even need to assemble it just made it so much better! Only thing I’d recommend is a sticker on the top lid to show delivery persons that parcels can be placed in there, because they get missed. But still by far the nicest letterbox we found.

Very prompt, apologetic reply after they discovered the code for the clothesline had been wrongly entered in their online system, hence the same incorrect product was delivered. Next day delivery of the right product together with a substantial refund of the delivery fee plus a discount on the original clothes line purchase. Really impressed with this Company. They dealt with the mix up quickly and were proactive in offering compensation. It wasn't something I asked for. Plus.... The product is excellent! I contacted Milkcan in mid-December hoping to purchase a fire pit as a Christmas gift. I received an extremely fast and very detailed response advising that the model I wanted was in stock in Melbourne and could ship quickly before Christmas. Based on that advice, I placed the order. I was later told the item was actually on pre-order until March… Read more
and that my order needed to be refunded. To try and recover the situation, I reordered a different model at a higher cost, despite it not being my first choice.
The initial response arrived within about a minute and appeared automated. If Milkcan is using AI or outsourced support to handle availability enquiries, those responses are clearly not being validated against live stock levels. That incorrect advice directly caused the wrong purchase and weeks of unnecessary back and forth.
When it became clear delivery would be tight, I explicitly asked Milkcan to cover the cost of same-day delivery as a goodwill gesture, given the situation stemmed from their original error. This would have resolved the issue and saved Christmas. That request was refused, and I was asked to pay an additional $30.
The staff were polite, but the outcome was disappointing. I ended up spending more money, putting in far more effort than should have been necessary (14 emails in an exchange), and still didn’t receive the product in time for Christmas.
The products themselves look great, but this experience highlights a serious gap between customer communication and reality. I hope Milkcan takes this feedback seriously, particularly around automation, stock accuracy, and ownership when mistakes occur.

for cheaper...then I tried to apply the decal and stuffed it up. Ended up without a letter. Wrote them an email, asking if I could maybe get a single letter shipped out to me, at my expense. Without question or asking me to pay for postage, they sent out the missing letter the very next day, even though I was candid in admitting that it was my fault for messing up.
Now I understand what exactly it is that I paid the extra money for. You get a high quality product that's backed by high quality people and a high quality customer service to match your purchase.
Sometimes it's just worth paying a tiny bit more for that peace of mind from trustworthy companies. Do yourself and favour and get your mail box from Milkcan. It really is the safer option!

it took two seperate instances to arrange new keys to be sent and they were sent by regular mail, which meant they took over a week to arrive. We were disappointed as the whole delay meant we missed two weekends when we could have completed the install. For the price of the letterbox and the postage we paid, I would have expected the same speed of service for the tiny package of key, and for the error not to occur in the first instance. We also purchased stick on gold numbers and very happy with those. Overall very happy with the product but customer service and checking of product before postage would be appreciated to avoid irritating issues.

I purchased a fire pit that is now a center piece on my newly paved outdoor area. I also purchased an ember screen for safety. The fire pit has been used many times and I am extremely happy with my purchase.

I love the products but the time it took to get them was extensive.
I had a email notice that an item was being delivered, it didn’t arrive. I messaged and was told it was in the box with the larger item and to look harder. It wasn’t. I was told it wasn’t sent in the first place. I said I’m confused. They ended the conversation.
