credit report from being adversely affected. By doing this, your credit score has a chance to improve, but not with Credit24 and similar services. By the way, I did receive the financing sought from another lender, and it was approved without damaging my credit score like Credit24.
Follow-up · A 'hard' enquiry by a finance company that results in a denial of finance approval leaves a record that is essentially a 'stain'. This 'stain' makes it impossible to apply to a more sympathetic and understanding organisation. I contacted Credit24, put the case before them, and eventually that ‘stain’ was removed from my credit file. Happily, I did receive the finance approval from another organisation and have gone on to kick goals.

Follow-up · Credit24's ease of operation is very simple to navigate wether you are making an early payment or in the initial set up of direct debit all are done with simple steps that it makes the journey of the process without becomming stressed. It would be hard to find a more simple registration method elsewhere which makes Credit24 a stand out organisation worhty of consideration when lokking for a loan.

I complained to AFCA as it wasn’t until I started making repayments (which barely put a dent in the balance) that I realised I am on the maximum interest rate possible 47.9% I complained to credit24 directly - no response. interest rate like that is even allowed to be charged. They also never contacted at all in regards to the complaint throughout the entire process, they literally do not care. Customers are not people to them they are just a money making tool and they don’t care if they ruin your life. Oh, but they will definitely call you when you miss a repayment! At least 10 times a day! Disgusting!

The behaviour and processes of this company is disgraceful. Credit24 are recommended through clear score, you complete all the information with a response that your loan is conditionally approved, a few more checks required, then you get rejected with no excuse whatsoever. Both clear score and credit 24 should not be in operation.

Very hard to get responses from them if you have a problem, response times are terrible. Multiple attempts on settling/payout account and still no joy. Unauthorised DD that has overdrawn my account! Not happy! Interest rate exorbitant.
