I’ve had a great experience using Humm. The application process was quick and straightforward, and the platform makes it easy to purchase the things I need with flexible repayments. The customer service has also been helpful and responsive. I hope Humm partners with more major local stores in Darwin and eventually offers an option to purchase from merchants that are not currently Humm partners. Show reply

already have my 3 Rd in mind when this one is paid up... I really am so very happy with humm... I pay $500 up front, and my payments are always manageable. The only extra I pay is a small handling fees, which are minimal...apart from that there's no extras....

I have used Humm for several purchases over the past decade, I have found them to be professional and safe to use. You can pay off the loan at a reasonable pace or pay it off faster without penalty. Customer service has always been very good. Show reply

LIARS! withholding my money! 1 star is too good for this organisation. I have been awaiting 8 weeks now for a reimbursement of $500. I have been misinformed and lied to and constantly apologised too yet nothing has changed. Good luck if youre doing business here.

business removed and fines issued for deceptive and misleading conduct. This has been lodged as a complaint with AFCA. Unbelievable, pathetic and disgusting not processing a simple refund back to my account which I made the payment in full the NEXT DAY!!!!

everywhere, and then when applying, purchasing etc.. HUMM and Stratco pretend like there is no relationship at all, each referring to the other like some endless parody

app is woeful, always having to sign in using password and accept terms each time I sign in a sif its the first time evr, dispite a passcode and face ID been set up many times, lots of IT issues, app down etc.. . very tedious stuff.

my advice is to go latitude credit card where you get 6 months interest free over $300 without haggling in south east asian dialect with a call centre operative with occasional rooster crowing in the background of there squat, and there is an ACTUAL relationship with the retailer like harvey norman.

I fail to see why so many companies like this go out of tier way to frustrate, gaslight and unnecessarily burden their customers with a specific brand of customer distain but this is one of them

If I could give ZERO stars I would. After being informed that a Case Manager would call me back I didn’t receive a call then was informed I would need to wait 5-7 business days then that there was a TECHNICAL ISSUE therefore my refund could not be processed. An o Incompetent useless company

Pathetic customer service. Will NEVER use humm again I will delete this account immediately once this complaint is resolved it has taken 4 days and I still do not have a phone call.

After having humm for years never missed payments and then when they changed I no longer can get his even for medical no bad credit file I just dont have a file because I dont have credit or debts

I’ve been using humm for long time to buy gifts and different appliances like washing machine, new stove etc. It helped me a lot when i needed it most like when my stove was untimely broken and i don’t have enough money to buy new one at that time so i used humm and on the same day i got a new stove. Threatened to send our account to debt collection over 1 missed payment. This was only due to us changing banks and Humm making it exceedingly difficult to update bank details with them.

This is the worst company I have ever used! The Philippines call centre is hopeless. It used to be a good business it’s now terrible. I went to purchase some golf equipment and now you have to get a loan. Hopeless

DO NOT RECOMMEND. Blatant stalling tactics when trying to pay balance outstanding and close the account. They claim it takes 5-7 business days to process a payment.
