I utilised a broker for the loan and found the entire process to be very painless. Very happy with the service and the spend in which the loan was approved.

I write this review simply from the perspective of customer service for prospective customers. I have unusual circumstances which should give me a low rate if they weren't impossible to communicate through the application forms. through higher than I expected (doesn't it always?). Not deterred I rang in just to clarify the process and to evaluate how flexible and consultative they were. The lady I got was stiff and imperious while maintaining a facile politeness and by giving lengthy irrelevant replies made the conversation slow. I started feeling blocked and got the impression she was defending against the expectation of attacks as she kept stating policy positions which were entirely expected but what I really wanted was an understanding of process. Repeated attempts in warm and relaxed tones to actually get a response to the real question just got repetition of her previous content. MoneyPlace seem defensive with new customers and really need a Christmas Holiday. It doesn't inspire confidence in their service as they seem to be in a bad place so I gave up.

was lovely and very polite and understanding of my circumstances. In a nutshell, i wanted to change the day that my payments get deducted from a Tuesday to a Friday.. to which she explained to me that i needed to complete 2 more weekly payments before that can be organised as i needed to make a minimum of 4 payments per month... She was very nice and she made me feel like i was in control of what was happening as opposed to her just telling me what i can and cannot do.. it is this sort of approach that i and many other customers would very much appreciate... and after she told me that, she asked me if i was happy with the arrangement that she proposed and she handed the decision back to me... to which i had agreed - but not before throwing in yet another request to change the frequency of my payments from weekly to fortnightly... to which then Gemma actioned immediately! Now that is what you call the best Customer Service.... And this was all completely digitally and through email too.. as i did not have time to call up MoneyPlace and need to wait on the phone... their response wait time is rather impressive too.. as many other places take up to 2 business days to get back to you... but Gemma.. She had my back.. So thank You Gemma :)

With the help of Astute finance, they were able to direct me with Money place for my finance needs. They have been great with communication and sorted out my request to change the day for my direct debit repayments quickly.

The team from Money Place kept us up to date and informed of the processes all the way through and we always felt very comfortable and not under any pressure at any time. We would highly recommend Money Place for any loan requirements and the rates and charges are more than compatible against the big lenders.

Being a previous client of MoneyPlace and very happy with their service, I decided to come back again. I looked at other lenders, but MoneyPlace was by far the most competitive when it came to rates and repayments. Their no exit fee policy is what draws me back every time.

negative against my name what so ever, while earning in excess of 125k a year. All of which was not enough to receive a loan with $86/week in repayments. Will never recommend this company or have them change my opinion of them now after the way they handled this. To me it sounds like there was something very personal happening in the background because you couldn’t of had a better loanee then myself and the entirety of the loan would of been paid back within the yeah.

Perfect credit score and salary on my side. They advertise one rate. Offers another. Phone support advised that was all they could offer and that was it, despite advising during the application process that the figure was indicative until info supplied.

Outdated and behind the rest – Their use of automated services is subpar and customer service is horrendous. Perhaps invest in providing effective services outside the 9/5pm period and catching up with modern financial institutions.

MoneyPlace was able to assist with my personal loan needs in quick time. They're process is simple and very straightforward. Highly recommended for people who needs an instant boost in cash.

The customer experience was great, and the approval process was also very fast and straightforward.

The only improvement I would suggest is adding an option on their website to make additional repayments directly. I think this would be much more convenient than having to go through your bank and pay via BPAY.

Overall, I’ve had an amazing experience with MoneyPlace and would definitely consider using them again in the future. Highly recommended, especially for their helpful service and fast approval process!

From my initial call to the contact process, it was quite easy. Staff were very helpful and prompt. I would recommend Moneyplace to anyone interested in getting a loan.

Quick, Easy and Good Rates We used a trusted money broker rather than the internet, and they recommended MoneyPlace. The process to request the personal load was quick, clear what our cost of loan would be, and the rates for the loan were competitive. So no downsides to be honest.
