Very fast and efficient. Submitted the applications form. Within 24 hours hours approval come through. Application was a breeze to go through. much appreciated.

I have used Plenti twice now for two different loans. Both went smoothly and funding was pretty fast with great interest rates. Applied in the morning and by the evening the funds were already there. I will definitely use the service again.

All services are great and easy to do. Application is quick and staff are very helpful. Would be a 5 star review if the the interest rate at the end of the application was at least close to the advertisement rate. Advertised when conditionally approved was 5.56%. when application was finalised it was 18.5%. BIG difference. Show reply

good communication and very quick on the transfers. I could not rate this experience any higher 10/10. I have used many other companies in the past with good experiences but nothing like this. You also get plenty of emails with information on the loan status and payment options, overall the communication is spot on.

Be aware of this company they will rib you off the company is dishonest…. I asked on the 10 th of March for FULL amount owing on my account and it was $5002:75 the next direct payment was due 16 th of March $113.. so when I went to pay and completely pay off the debt I was still owing Plenti $5002:75 they never deducted the last payment off from the capital and the loan was intrest free!!! technically a “new” registration, it is simply a continuation of a long-established and financially stable business. This is not uncommon and could have been easily validated online let alone offered accountant assistance.

Financially, the application presented very low risk. The company applying for the loan maintains around $45,000 in cash reserves, and we intended to contribute a $20,000 deposit toward the vehicle. In addition, we have over $3 million conservatively in property equity, other assets, and the vehicle itself as security. I also held executive roles and operate another company that generates a minimum cash flow of approximately $20,000 per month, working three days per week. We were also prepared to provide two Director’s Guarantees. Supporting documentation from our accountant confirming assets, valuations and financial standing was available.

While the staff member I dealt with was polite, the process demonstrated very little flexibility or commercial judgement. There is so much evidence on me online and our family business. I requested that the matter be escalated to a manager so we could discuss the circumstances and supporting documentation. Unfortunately, this did not occur. Instead of a call from a manager, I simply received another response from the same representative declining the request without further discussion.

Given the financial position presented, the lack of willingness to escalate or apply practical business judgement was disappointing. As a result, I chose to take the financing elsewhere.

After speaking with another broker (not Plenti), I was presented with several alternative lenders offering more competitive options — including rates more than 1.5% cheaper. In the current cost-of-living environment, that difference is significant and worth considering.

While the integration with the Tesla app may offer convenience, buyers should weigh up whether that convenience justifies the additional cost. In my case, the numbers clearly favoured alternative “green loan” options available through other banks and lenders.

In the end, whilst I understand policies given the lack of engagement on the matter, I quite literally took my business elsewhere. Not even a follow up call from manager as requested raises red flags on accountability and customer experience - what support you would get moving forward with them with no escalation protocols like other financial institutions. - Buyer Beware. :)

Would rate -5 stars if I could. Completely misleading and all false advertising. They repeatedly say and shout no exit or early repayment fees. months and have paid $6000 back so far, payout fee today was over $41,000 - What the actual F**K. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

They put me through a thorough fact finding process and required me to supply lots of documentation and financial data. From there, they moved quickly and executed the loan in under 24 hours

I couldn’t believe how quick and easy it was to get my loan approved. I was very happy with all the communication I received ( txt messages, emails and phone call) with updates on the progress of my loan application. The rate and fees are quite low compared to other lenders. I would definitely recommend Plenti for a personal loan.

Beware these guys don't play nice if you miss a payment even if it's not your fault . I have two accounts my main account and the other for paying bills my payment to plenti is automatically transferred across before the due date from one account to another . time was horrendous they wanted to charge me 50 dollars because they say it wasn't their on the first or second attempt . I offered to show them a screen shot of when the money transferred over which was five days before the due date but the Plenti gatekeepers weren't interested in proof they said because this was the second time I was late they would not wave the fee . After pleading my innocence for God knows how long on the phone they waived the fee but said this is the last time they'll do that . They blame the bank and told me to change banks the bank blamed Plenti for a clitch in their system. Whatever went wrong i was the innocent victim and could prove the money was in the account but the Plenti gatekeepers say next time 50 bucks is your fine. So be aware people if you deal with these Money grabbers innocent or not you will pay up . Should be illegal.

I'm doing this because people should know about this company...I should have taken this further but didn't click straight away. We got a l Ioan for PV cells...at 0 % interest...total b..llsh..t it was $100 pm repayment and $40 pm admin charge which works out 40% ridiculous we paid it outright once we clicked.. I would not recommend these cowboys.
