Very impressed with our new bathroom & Laundry doors. Duc, is the best installer, knows how to fit a door so it’s straight, despite our metal door frames being out of alignment. Follow-up · Sadly, just nine months after the installation the glass inner door shattered! The company does not warranty the glass. I have gone to consumer protection and am currently waiting on conciliation to take place! The door cost $1700 and to be told it is not covered is not acceptable!

Follow-up · Pricing was reasonable for the quality of the product and workmanship. Installation time was very good, same day measure and quote then only a few weeks before the job was completed. All rubbish and old doors were removed.

couple of weeks. I had taken a day off work to fit in with the date they gave me. I only get paid on days I work. I am now out of pocket $496. Will Doors Plus re-imburse me - no way! I did everything Doors Plus asked me to do, answered all their questions, paid my deposit, made my final payment, acting in good faith all the time. And this is how I get treated. no good on aluminium doors - paid $5200 for a 1.2m wide double glazed door. Frame is not correct so a 3mm gap which lets in a heap of wind and you can actually whisper through. Doors plus said tuff titties and get lost so now have to pay for removal and real door company to install new door. Show details

The door rail supports confirmed as being able to allow door to miss architrave of the existing opening - OK; but unfortunately the door support bracket bolt head fouled the architrave so needed to be recessed flush. The bolts also shortened due to use of dome nuts. To avoid this the door needs to be much higher which is not really a practical or visual solution. Recessing bolts is neater and convenient.
Install Manual Step 7 to add door stops, should be prior to Step 2 rail support fixing. Otherwise, the rail fixing bolts (some only ) needed to be removed to allow door stops to slide on. Not good with the door mounted and with weight as per Step 5.
Some dimensions for the round buttons in Step 4 would be useful as their purpose not fully understood until later in Step 5 (to prevent door lifting off rail).
All good and generally a useful necessary Install Manual if consideration given to comments above.
Follow-up · Not mentioned previously as oversite, the problem with the bolt heads and the architrave also applies to the figure plate on the other side of the door handle. Harry, the door fitter, was equally impressive. The installation was seamless, scheduling was handled efficiently, and the finished result looks incredibly professional. The door even arrived ahead of schedule, which was a wonderful surprise.
The door itself looks amazing and has added fantastic value to the property. There were absolutely no issues throughout the entire process.
