The Power Blade mower is a big powerful unit. It doesn't take long to assemble it out of the box. After putting the necessary oil in the motor, and some fuel, it started first hit of the button. I mowed my lawns this morning and it did everything it was supposed to. I'm happy!! Show reply

I am incredibly frustrated and unhappy with my experience. endless back-and-forth emails, initially trying to brush me off by claiming that because the damage "doesn’t affect its function," a measly $60 refund should make it okay. I didn't pay full price for a brand-new appliance to receive a heavily battered second-hand-looking unit.The communication from this company is total garbage. To make matters worse, I have now taken TWO separate days off work to stay home for them to come and collect this damaged unit, and both times they completely failed to show up on the scheduled day. They clearly have no respect for their customers' time or money. Avoid this company at all costs unless you want to pay premium prices for damaged goods and awful service. I want my money back and this eye-sore out of my house immediately.

Ordering from Edisons was simple & easy! With the sign up voucher, I was able to save more money on an already discounted Unimac Vacuum cleaner! Shipping was incredibly fast with tracking & arrived earlier than expected even around the peak Christmas season! They are cheap but DO NOT BUY!!!! I bought a petrol backpack blower from them. The harness broke at the seams after 3 uses. I was sent a replacement harness. It broke too. I was sent a third harness. back until I submitted a 1 star review here and then I was able to resolve the issue with them.
During the mediation, I was incessantly asked to change my review before I had my refund. Non stop asking me to change my review. To add to this, I submitted a 1 star review on the Edison’s website. This went into “review” more than 3 months ago and still doesn’t show on their website. The product still shows 5 stars. I wouldn’t trust their website reviews if this is anything to go by.

Extremely unhappy with my recent purchase. Stud holding down the chainsaw bar to the body has stripped the threads out of the chainsaw's body after just 3 hours of use. Delivery was fast. Product is trash. Id rather longer delivery for a better product. Their hopeless with their customer service. My mower handle bars bent, they pull chord loosens, doesnt start sometimes. Buy a good quality and screw Harvey norman

Screen shot ot email then they came back mentioning it's a minor faults so will be partial refund again. They are scam company, product is very poor quality and customer service is worst.

Follow-up · Initially I received an item that had a fault. Edisons quickly rectified the issue and now the equipment is still running great today.

the supplier reacts. Edisons were very good, responded to all our mails, and even offered a small refund in recognition of the problem. Would still buy from them again without hesitation.
Follow-up · The small supports that run along the length of the shield were too long. We shortened them with an angle grinder. It meant that we also had to shorten one of the pc sheets, so I wonder now if the small supports were too long or if the front and back tubes were too short. In any case, with a bit of extra work the car shield is up and doing it's job.

Very easy to order from and then your order only takes a few days to arrive, only about 3-4 days from order to getting your order and they keep in touch to make sure your happy with your order. Attempted numerous times to purchase spare parts from these people only to reach a purchase barrier. Their automated responses straight away point the finger at me saying I'm doing something wrong before they finally admit they only take payments through Westpac but don't mention that anywhere along the way. Have emailed them several times with no response whatsoever. I buy lots of stuff online, this has been my worst experience

Pressure washer Petrol. Delivery very slow, come with broken carb, replaced with new one after another long wait, now after weeks of waiting for part, Pressure pump not working correctly only around 1000 psi for a 4800 psi unit. BTB60 is "missing" and switches to the BTB50, I located another site offering to locate and email the manual at cost of $14.99 so took this option to find 2 charges have been made, $14.99 and $20.99 and I am still trying to sort this out with that provider (no manual received yet) I have made a fair bit of progress with assembly but definitely need the manual to complete the task correctly. I suggest It would make matters so much more professional and easier for your clients if a manual were included as part of the package and i am certain there would be little objection from purchasers if they needed to pay another $10.00 or so for the convenience. I purchased the sx72 chainsaw. I used it today for a short period. I was very impressed, it has plenty of grunt more than I was expecting and carved through some logs without so much as a splutter. Would definitely recommend getting one. Can't go wrong for the price. Happy camper so far.... Show reply

Follow-up · Battery life depends on the speed used. Initially I used on high speed as the leaves were built up so the battery only lasted ten minutes. Now I use on low speed and it is strong enough to move the leaves along to where I want them for picking up.
