Shipping was incredibly fast with tracking & arrived earlier than expected even around the peak Christmas season! They are cheap but DO NOT BUY!!!! I bought a petrol backpack blower from them. The harness broke at the seams after 3 uses. I was sent a replacement harness. It broke too. I was sent a third harness. This broke after two uses. Edisons fix for this? Try a fourth harness which is exactly the same as the rest of them. They refused to give my money… Read more

During the mediation, I was incessantly asked to change my review before I had my refund. Non stop asking me to change my review. To add to this, I submitted a 1 star review on the Edison’s website. This went into “review” more than 3 months ago and still doesn’t show on their website. The product still shows 5 stars. I wouldn’t trust their website reviews if this is anything to go by.

Extremely unhappy with my recent purchase. Stud holding down the chainsaw bar to the body has stripped the threads out of the chainsaw's body after just 3 hours of use. ACCC will receive a complaint unless Edisons come back to me with a solution. ACL states this is a Major Failure and not a product of Acceptable Quality.

I received a jack hammer with no oil no oil supplied cannot use...my many attempts to contact this company with no response no customer support why is this company not helping their customers this is just terrible behaviour.

Delivery was fast. Product is trash. Id rather longer delivery for a better product. Their hopeless with their customer service. My mower handle bars bent, they pull chord loosens, doesnt start sometimes. Buy a good quality and screw Harvey norman

service contacted and told me they will partially return the money as no fault on product big lie by them. I send. Screen shot ot email then they came back mentioning it's a minor faults so will be partial refund again. They are scam company, product is very poor quality and customer service is worst.

parts, including the crousel component, which is not clearly illustrated. The roller parts for the sliding door, are made out of soft plastic and totally not suitable to have the doors sliding on them , I had to purchase some other rollers and modify it so it works.The manual is also blurry, making it difficult to follow the assembly instructions. Furthermore, Edison/Mytopia does not have a customer support team that can be contacted via phone. The provided phone numbers only connect to an answering machine. This lack of support is frustrating, as it makes it difficult to resolve issues. The incomplete instruction manual significantly complicates the assembly process, making it almost impossible to complete the shed without professional assistance. I cannot recommend this product from Edison. They are selling a product that is that bad designed and not functional as they suggest, very bad designed. See the video on who the sliding doors work when installed. The supplied rollers which the doors roll on is made of soft plastic and does not glide inside the rail absolute pure engineering! What a waste of Money and the support does to seem to have no clue either, Terrible customer service.

On Sunday I placed an order for an item I needed urgently & paid for delivery between 1-5pm yesterday. STILL says pending shipping & no change to tracking. Both yesterday & today I sent screenshots documenting all available info. This morning at 9am I got an email saying the matter had been passed to logistlics & they'd keep me informed. At 2.55pm I've heard nothing & they close at 3pm. I followed up with Startrack myself & they confirmed they DO NOT have package. This issue could easily have been resolved by sending a new item instead of making me wait indefinitely for them to find a lost pkg. I need this item URGENTLY yet 24 hours after delivery was due nothing has changed. No action, no contact, no explanation. This fiasco has fruitlessy wasted 24 hours of my time & caused me an extreme amount of unnecessary distress so if you expect efficient processing, delivery within a charged timeframe or a decent standard of Customer Service I do not recommend purchasing from Edisons.
