No drawings, no engineers certificate that should have been sent with the steelwork etc, builder requires them before starting. Ive emailed and called [Name Removed] on a regular basis since delivery and keep getting told 'I'll send them when ive recieved them from the engineers. Aftersales is not great. I made contact regarding a Stratco outdoor kitchen following my pergola order. Believing that once the pergola is up, I will then install the outdoor kitchen. Definitely won't be now.

different state. I then followed up with a replacement and waited another 2 weeks to call up again to find out it wasn't actually posted at all and to now wait another week. I asked for express shipping and compensation due to thier mistake and failing to follow up on shipping. With no compensation or anything for good faith for thier mistake, essentially I have to hurry and wait. Good price but wasn't worth the wait when I could have gotten alot sooner for not much more expense. It's been over a month and will be another week or two for the tools to arrive. Poor customer service on the online department for their mistake.

Waited 4 weeks and heard nothing, so i called them and they said the claim had not been entered correctly, It has been another 4 weeks and again not heard a word from them.

Poor comunication, and poor after sales service. Unfortunely I needed to use a store credit, hence the reason i purchased the bar bender from them.

Once this is sorted i will never enter the shop again, and suggest others be aware of this poor service, and think twice when buying from Virginia branch

need to navigate to determine whether you actually qualify for free shipping or not. There’s a couple of rabbit holes. 1) is the stock in Melbourne or Perth. If stock in your order happens to be located in both places then no free shipping for you 2) if you happen to be located just outside a metro area (according to them) then you’ll also not get free shipping. There’s heading should read “Roll up Roll up, spin the wheel and see if you can guess if you get free shipping or not”. Compared with other suppliers this convoluted approach to free shipping is not fair and is beyond the control of the consumer. If you see something you like, I’d suggest using google to see if you can get it elsewhere actually with free shipping. Timbe-Con by name and nature.

The Online ordering system showed all goods were in stock at point of order and payment in full made but no order processing for picking had occurred until I finally decided to initiate an enquiry 5 days after my order payment as each day I had checked my system generated account and the order was classified as “PACK”. The reply I received for despatch on 10/9/26 after my enquiry early on 10/9/26 showed no real care or concern for the forgotten order and no apology was at all offered. No invoice was sent with the order, only a picking slip. Arrogance may be existing here in this business operation. Keep aware. I will not be returning as a customer as I view the experience as contemptuous and I need better despatch reliability and less frustration than this business has delivered to myself.

to the old, rude lady at the front door who was busy chatting away on her mobile phone. Was just blatantly ignored with a rude look given to me because I was "interupting" her conversation! instead of just politely acknowledgeing me with a smile, nod, thumbs up. This is getting all too common now at Bunnings stores and it is very simple. I will just support Mitre 10 as much as possible and if I do go to Bunnings again, I will be walking straight out the door with my product and if anyone tries to challenge me, I will give then the same treatment and keep walking.

I rang around and discovered that Trade glass depot was one of the cheapest for supplies and gave me all the advice I could possibly ask for. He rejigged my plan, gave me the measurements that were necessary and with very detailed instructions, I called a couple of friends that would be able to help me as some of the glass is quite heavy. I followed the instructions to the letter and I was very surprised at how it turned out. I am very very pleased with the result and I cannot thank Phillip and the guys from trade glass of depot enough. If you take your time and don't rush it you can do a job as big as this I highly recommend this crowd they were great

Training sessions were relaxed but still effective. workouts were adjusted to my level and nothing felt rushed or over the top.
