worst service ever. Unable to apeaK TO Manager product supplied short items. Very poor customer service. No follow up to resolve, Ive spent too many hrs endeavoring to resolve. so disappointed I waisted my money and time with this business!!!!!!!
Fast delivery and well packaged. Easy to follow assembly and installation. Bike rack apprears to be excellent quality and holds my e-bike well although I have yet to road test it.
Ordered and received a kingtech shredder from Trade Hero. There was a minor issue with the unit on arrival but absolutely no issue with the customer service and follow up with Trade Hero (Shai, you're a ⭐️). Wrapped with the shredder and the after sales care. Highly recommended.

Quick delivery, great price and does the job. I've made some modifications to my table such as adding a upper guide for the clamp as this style lends itself to squeezing the bottom of the tyre and when it does, the top opens allowing the bike to sway. lines. Add to that I lubed up all the pivot points, roller channels and rollers plus followed the manual and added some air tool oil into the ram feed. The table now goes up just as fast with a bike on it than it did fresh out of the box with no load.
The ramp does stay up when table is raised so I've modified it too. I've added some rollers to it and removed some of the material from the ramp where it meets table so it can fold down when raised and roll out when the table is lowered.
In all I'm very happy with my purchase and would buy one again if required.
Its perfect for home jobs but I wouldn't use it in a motorcycle shop. I've worked and currently still work in the motorcycle industry and this table just wont suit in a workplace like mine. If it had a different style clamp and sat a bit lower it would be fine but in its out of the box configuration its great for home jobs.

purchased a bike carrier which was great value however the quality wasnt great. I reported the item and my concerns about the movement with the bike carrier. Immediate customer support response was great, however was told that I needed to re check and tighten everything and to also purchase an " anti rattle stabilizer" seperately for the hitch. them and the product was lost in transit ( I didn’t put return label on it ) but courier said it will be fine. After everything the tow hitch was found and then Trade Hero told me it has been lost again. So cut to the truth they have taken my money and the hitch and told me it is lost again what a coincidence. no refund

After much research on the net, Trade Hero Australia offered the best solution at a great price. I could not believe how fast and efficient the delivery process was right to my front door. While frustrating, Trade Hero where able to resolve my faulty, dead on arrival concern. Purchased a 2 Ton trolley jack that refused to lift, after several attempts cycling through the special purging process for 3 hours in the hopes to work. Contacted Trade Hero customer care, provided video evidence and was refunded the same day. Show reply
Some clearer pictures of first blade fitting would have helped a lot, but you tube did the job, machine does the job great makes things a lot easier we will see how reliable it is over time. Show reply

mind. I replied and said no it’s because the item I purchased is not fit for purpose - as in doesn’t work at all. They then said I needed to wrap it up properly then ensure I was home on pick up - I said that this was not possible due to being at work, therefore I was going to leave it out the front. They refused this as said someone would steel it. I have since bought a whipper snipper from elsewhere and there are no issues - started first time. I still have the faulty whipper snipper and have had no refund, nor have had any further comments on if I ever will. Avoid this company unless you like throwing your money away.

Dimensions don’t allow for the folds and rubber. it only measures overall size, that’s why i wanted to inspect the product before purchase so my generator won’t fit unless you modify the whole box,and spend a day rectefying the fitting. lady on the phone said i cant view the product unless i buy it so i did. poor poor poor service and sales.
