countless phonecalls, we finally got our electrician to install. not one email in the last 2 months has been followed up. The repetative response from them is sorry for the dealu, I understand or sorry for the miscommunication. Never again. I would not recommend dealing with them anymore. They are unreliable and inept. Im now to see how long this ocular lasts.

10m EV charging cable that can connect to our solar 3 phase outlet and charge the new car more quickly and from the 11kW solar panels with the 9.6kW BYD battery - should be great! However, the cable from EVS was ordered and paid for 9 days ago and EVS have not told me when I am going to receive it. They have not answered several attempted emails and 'phone calls, except 1 with a fellow in his car who I asked to keep me informed as to when. He reckoned their shipment has spent 3 weeks in Customs but should be in soon. If their ordering online had said "No Stock" I would have tried with someone else - even Bunnings would have been better and quicker. EVS should seriously have a very good look at their Customer Service; if they rated themselves now it would be 0 out of 10 and if they want to make the most out of the booming EV sales in Australia they had better improve, or they will be left behind by anyone who does value customer service.

Purchased a home charging port via Subaru through EVSE for my Subaru Solterra. Have been given the run around from Day 1 - lost the information, no installers in my region, installer on holidays, trying to source other installers etc. It has been nearly 9 weeks and no progress. Do not recommend dealing with EVSE!

Within 3 months the 'start/stop' button on my charger stopped working. Responses to bad reviews will tell you to email info@ to get the matter looked into. I have and no response. Next step is to take it up with my credit card company. $450 for a inferior quality charger... Show details ·  2

Recently purchased the Ocular OC20-BC 7kW wall charger for our EV from EVSE. The process of assessing our site and communication with staff was excellent. Installer was very efficient and helpful. The unit is working perfectly and the app is easy to use and great for setting up scheduled charging.

I can sum up the service as, organised, punctual, professional and pro-active. The wiring was neat and they tidy up after themselves! The unit itself works like a charm. During the day, it uses surplus from my solar panel. Charges my TANK 500 Hi4-T PHEV to 100% in 3.5hrs. Show details ·  1

I dealt with Ashley and she was very knowledgeable with EV charging. I decided to go with the IQ home so it works together with my solar system and when we were scheduling the installation, to my surprise my house was selected for a random safety audit. I applied for home EV charge specially asked for 7M long cable, ended up with 6M cable. This makes the charging very inconvenient. Emailed to EVSE, still no response. Yes, somehow your quote to me has little work shows W6m. I only just realized when i checked it after installation. poor support，the charger fails just reach 2 years of purchase，and not even reach 2 years after installation. called and emailed the support multiple times，no repairing offered and no replacement offered.

I wish I had known before buying. All the fancy YouTube videos and ads sucked me in. The prices are 4 to 5 times the prices on Amazon. After-sales service is non-existent, with no response to queries. I received speedy responses before I purchased. Show details
